Safety is our priority. We are following the UK Government's guidance and continuing to hold outdoor fitness classes while maintaining social distancing and providing hand sanitisers etc.
Touchline Instructors take fitness goals seriously. We understand that toning up, losing weight or dropping a dress size can be challenging and our aim is to help you overcome any barriers and achieve what you want.
With years of experience, our instructors are capable of pushing you out of your comfort zone to help you reach your goals. The best way to lose weight and tone up, is to exercise regularly and also eat healthy.
Everyone gets a free trial class so come along and give it a try. All we ask is you attend 10 minutes before the start of your first class so that we can go through a simple health questionnaire with you.
