Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym, the space is light and airy which is quite rare for a gym, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I like to attend the classes as I struggle to motivate myself on my own, I love that there are a variety of classes to choose from throughout the day, so I can pick and choose what works for me. You always know you are going to get a good workout as the instructors encourage you to push yourself in every class. It has massively helped me improved my fitness and I find it makes a huge difference mentally as well. All the members are also really friendly and the gym feels like it has its own community. I would happily recommend Energie Fitness to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I have been to a few gyms over the years and this is the best gym in Cheltenham by a mile. It is always kept clean and there is always a welcoming friendly atmosphere. Say hi to Ricky when your there, you can’t miss him.

Fantastic experience: Energie fitness is a great gym. Good quality PTs and instructors for all classes. Ricky goes above and beyond in his classes to make sure you get the best out of every workout. If he notices a particular thing that you need to work on he will show you one to one at the end of the class. It's great that the gym isn't oversubscribed and it is always so clean and welcoming.

A big shout out to Ricky Boon who has helped me gain confidence in myself , pushing me in the right direction in a safe manner . I’m a lady in her 50’s with health problems and been given a plan that works well , easy to follow to gain great results . There are lots of classes for all abilities . The gym it self is clean well maintained , plenty of cleaning equipment for all to use . I’m my option one of the friendliest gum in the town , your not a number but a person .
