Fantastic experience: Alex & Richard is one of the trainers there, been great training with him the gym itself is nice & clean and well respected with male and female changing rooms. There is a good atmosphere with the people that train there. Would recommend friends and family to go there. Update 1/9/22 - still a Good gym really respectful and a good atmosphere gym. Happy to be there
