Fantastic experience: "WeSweat" on a Monday at 10:15am is so much fun, and completely exhausting. You exercise all parts of your body. Matt introduces you to the group and everyone is so friendly. You find that extra in the tank when you think you cannot do it. That is because you do a group mini competition at the tail end of the session. I'm hooked!
