Fantastic experience: Great body building gym. Been going for over 2 years now. Great prices for being a member. If you like cardio though not really the gym for you.

Fantastic experience: Best Powerlifting and Bodybuilding Gym in the south east, what makes this place so novel is the gym is in Tilgate Forest The Air quality is always amazing and the equipment is diverse enough for many different styles of resistance training. Customer service is brilliant and still has the community vibe. Membership is very competitive and is value for money.

Fantastic experience: The best old school gym around for miles. Plenty of plate loaded equipment and machines to have an amazing workout whatever your training. I paid £4 for a one off session and will certainly be going more often when I'm in the area at that price.

Fantastic experience: For me great place if u like a spit and sawdust gym, cold in winter so work out harder. Knowledgable guys, protein available. Excellent equipment for weights. Cardio, who needs it if u reduce rest time between sets.
