Fantastic experience: I was daunted at the thought of returning to the gym after 6 months of slobbing and Christmas on top. However, instantly felt welcome and comfortable meeting the staff at the Healthy U. I originally registered for the class access, but now have found myself confident enough to use the gym itself and have joined for a full membership. Looking forward to seeing what 2022 will bring :)

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym more than 2 years for Covid 19, when I moved Bennetts end I not in regular but after that most of time I visit it’s very clean and neat through out the day all staff is very cooperative z as bad friendly. I personally like because it’s only ladies gym.

Fantastic experience: I have recently joined to initially do a couple of weekly classes which I’m really pleased with so far. Nicola has been friendly & helpful with my enrolment. Although I’m yet to use it the gym area looks tidy, clean and well equipped. On a whole it is a lot less intimidating then gyms can be sometimes.

Fantastic experience: Love coming to the gym I look forward to it lots of equipment not to busy fun classes kids clubs fab too never know a gym have hairdressers in just fab I look forward to coming to the gym weekends real quiet perfect Staff there all loverly and you can have laugth and chat with if need to highly recommend perfect no men to hog the machines love there preworkout drinks supportive and friendly highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Great, friendly, ladies only gym. I've now been a member for 5 years having originally only joined for 6 months. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Trainers are supportive and members friendly.

Positive experience: A couple of years ago this was a thriving oasis - now, it's slipping. The massage therapists on the whole are fantastic, but management has stressed them out, back to back booking and the worst bit: last time I was there they rush you out after '50' minutes for a stated '60' minutes massage. The excuse: "it includes time to get ready

Fantastic experience: A great community place for women to work out, join in the really fun classes, stop for a coffee and a catch up to. All shapes, sizes and ages are there and a great atmosphere. Staff are very supportive and are so down to earth and totally focused in helping you reach your goals. I highly revommend to anyone who wants to get back into shape or those who are fit but looking for a new venue. Healthy U Gym gets the big thumbs up from me.
