Fantastic experience: I was with CrossFit bull about 6 years ago now when I was 60 and it was a fantastic experience for me.I’ve trained all my life with weights and martial arts but this was something different and I absolutely loved it. If I was just starting out again CrossFit is what I would be doing.The trainers there are first class and I would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: The best trainers in the business, can't rate them enough. My form, strength and CV fitness have gone through the roof since I've started and the sessions are always well balanced, varied and genuinely enjoyable. You just want to keep going back for more.
