At Revolution we understand the importance of setting goals. As part of your free taster session, your trainer will work with you to help you gain real clarity on specifically what it is you want to achieve over 12 weeks.

We will also help you to understand why you want to achieve your goal. Understanding your ‘why’, and making sure your goal excites you, is how to get the power of your emotions working for you.

To effectively personalise your training plan, your trainer will take into consideration both your goal and your current fitness level. Your trainer will also take into account whether or not your training plan will need to be adapted due to any injuries or health conditions.

Your plan will include what days of the week you’ll train, which will help establish the all-important habits and routines that will enable you to succeed. 

We have worked alongside a team of nutritional coaches to produce meal plans which cater for meat eaters, pescatarians, vegetarians and vegans. Our meal plans are complete with a full macro nutrient and calorie breakdown.

It’s essential that your diet compliments the hard work and effort you’re putting into your training. The meals in our food plans are easy to prepare and can continue to be used beyond the 12 weeks.

These regular measurements of your body composition will help your trainer to evaluate the effectiveness of your training and nutritional plan. This also allows adjustments to be made to your plan, if necessary, to ensure you achieve the best results possible.

At Revolution Personal Training Studios Ltd we offer industry-leading fitness, lifestyle and nutritional guidance for our clients. We can’t control how long it takes for our clients to reach their desired results; timeframes, commitment, willpower and individual circumstances are beyond our control. However, if you promise to bring your A game, we promise our expert personal trainers will try their hardest to help you achieve your goals.

Fantastic experience: Consistently excellent. An incredible team with real passion to get you to your goals around fitness and nutrition... Fantastic experience: Just finished 24 sessions over 12 weeks of personal training with Tyler and would highly recommend! I was lifting heavier weights and could see muscle definition within 4 weeks. Tyler came up with meal plans and gave consistent guidance on nutrition, always being available to chat to. It was also a good laugh, all the trainers are nice people, and will have your goals as their priority, whatever level you're starting from.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for only a few sessions so far and it has really helped me. I struggle with excercise and specifically how to do it correctly without damaging my body. Lucas (and Viktoria) have both been fantastic in teaching me how to excercise correctly. I have issues with my knees and shoulders which they are helping me overcome. I didn't actually think I could do what they were asking but I am already in better shape. They are careful to make sure I don't damage myself and I am finally overcoming the physical issues that have plagued me for a long time. Thanks guys see you soon!

Fantastic experience: A great place to train and I look forward to to every workout. My trainer Lois is supportive and encouraging of my fitness and nutrition both in and out of the studio and always makes the sessions enjoyable and fun.

Fantastic experience: I've never done any training before and was a little nervous about the whole process, but as soon as i made contact with revolution hove to enquire about their training, they were friendly and welcoming. I told them my goals and previous training history....or lack thereof....and they matched me with a great trainer, Lois. She's been great at teaching, motivating, and pushing me in the sessions she has tailored to my abilities. And she has also provided nutrition and food info as well as home workouts for me. I'm Very happy to have started my training with revolution Hove and i feel stronger and can see my body toning up and transforming thanks to Lois' great instuction. I highly recommend lois and the team to anyone thinking of improving their health and fitness.

Fantastic experience: In an age of 'quick fix fitness' Revolution PTS Hove proves there is no substitute for structured, personal and innovative PT sessions with form, hard work and the 'end goal' at the forefront of every session. From the initial welcome and introduction the team at Revolution promote a friendly and positive environment providing advice and guidance on fitness inside and outside of the gym with nutrition playing a key part in every programme plan. The newly kitted gym is well maintained with great access due to nearby on road pay and display parking and only a short walk (or run) from that station. I would highly recommend if you are serious about improving your health, fitness and lifestyle!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Max now for almost 3 years and his training is honestly the one thing that has given me the results I want. After my first child he got me into shape and again after my second. Both times giving me training plans and goals to work towards such as competing in triathlons. Fantastic experience: Welcoming and relaxed atmosphere in a well equipped fitness suite, showers and clean changing facilities. Max looked after me superbly and instantly clicked with our personalities. Max transformed me within weeks and even managed to train me through and injury with his expert professional knowledge. You’re treated as an individual with personalised fitness programs and nutritional help as well.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant studio with a warm and welcoming team. I have been training with Lois since the beginning of the year and she is brilliant. Really supportive of my goals and always coming up with different ways to push me during training. I always have a great time during our sessions and I can see how much stronger I am getting. It's great knowing that I can always text her for help and advice on nutrition and training.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Max and his team. Have been training with Revolution on a weekly basis for nearly 3 years, which is the longest I’ve stuck to any form of exercise in my entire life! That in itself is a miracle! It’s friendly, professional and programs are tailored to your unique needs & goals. And the aching I feel after most of my sessions, means it’s doing me the world of good! Fantastic experience: I started training with Tyler at Revolution PTS in January. It’s a fantastic gym, top quality equipment, the personal trainers are all really friendly and the training is great! (Hard work obviously but varied and really good fun). I’ve been to a number of other Gyms in Hove, the personal training and environment at Revolution PTS is second to none. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've been training here with Max for a year. I've achieved consistent results that i'm incredibly happy with. The gym is well equipped and the atmosphere is friendly. This is the most efficient way to train - I get more training done in an hour with Max than I would going three times without a trainer.

Fantastic experience: Revolution Hove has a welcoming atmosphere. Max is focused on helping me to achieve my goals and with every session comes a new set of challenges. He encourages me to push myself harder each time. The sessions are hard work but full of variety. Regular reviews of progress ensure I keep my focus when away from the studio. I’ve really noticed a difference in energy and fitness levels, clothes look and fit better. Definitely worth every minute.
