Fantastic experience: Great gym with lost of space, machines and good playlists my only complaint is it's a bit out of the way but that can also be a positive as it means the gym isn't constantly busy

Fantastic experience: Over the past 10 years I have been to many different gyms! By far this gym is the best gym I have been to. The staff including the Pt.'s are very nice and easy to get along with they are hardworking and efficient in what they do. The lad who looks after the gym in the early morning shift (6:30 am) does a brilliant job constantly cleaning the place down and putting the weights back to where they should be going. The manager is brilliant in sorting any membership issues and the people who attend this gym are just great people. Cannot fault this gym in any way, plenty of parking space showers are clean, the gym equipment is clean! Keep up the great work everyone!

Fantastic experience: Love it. Always clean and tidy. Good variation of equipment and space to use it. 24 hour opening times also a bonus for me as I work late.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Good equipment and the site let's you see how many are in so can choose a time that suits you! Air conditioning is heaven when working up a sweat and staff are helpful when you need them!

Fantastic experience: I'm updating my original 3-star review as I've now been a member here for almost a year and am over my initial frustration with the membership system. Whilst the automated membership system is still pretty flakey (I've referred a few new members and have seen them struggle with the initial registration), every other aspect of the gym is great compared to the other gyms I've attended over the years. They have more than enough equipment, providing several benches and squat racks to make sure there's room for everyone, I rarely have to wait for a bench to be free. Compared to other gyms, it's fair to give iTrain 5 stars because for the most part they get everything right.

Fantastic experience: A really relaxing atmosphere in the members lounge. There are vending machines for drinks and healthy snacks for after your workout. There is also free WiFi so you can sit and check your emails while you cool down. There are TV's that show news channels if you'd rather just chill while watching these. A really good gym and lounge facility.
