Positive experience: I took my son swimming here. We are not members, however we took advantage of the 11-4pm slot on a Saturday to use the pool and just pay a day rate of £7 per adult (my son was free as he is under 1). The staff member was really helpful and welcoming. The pool is nice. It's not massive by any stretch but then on the flip side it didn't get too busy so we felt confident taking our boy into the main pool. The smaller baby pool is good too. You need a padlock for the lockers but we were able to borrow one. You can take a bag through to the pool area if you wish. There was 1 x family changing room but also a table in the main changing rooms

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism Lucy is a great motivator and her classes are fun and challenging as they should be. The gym has a good range of equipment and the pool is a an added bonus.

Positive experience: Friendly atmosphere, reasonably priced but the pool and spa area is a little dated. Hopefully as they have upgraded the gym the pool will be next.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with good facilities for weight training, cardio, pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Very friendly & helpful staff.

Positive experience: Great little gym, nice staff. Just needs a bit of updating and renovation which is underway. Pool and jacuzzi need some attention. Over all a great place for a workout.
