Fantastic experience: If you are a complete beginner or a pro get to Spire Boxing Academy, the staff are super friendly and the principle trainer is a guy called Robbie, as well as a super nice person he is highly skilled and has unique school of thought on the art of boxing, what stands him out from other trainers, he is able to teach and pass on his wisdom in an effortless way. Robbie will take you to the next level where ever you are on your boxing or fitness journey there is lots of parking, the gym is really nice with all the best equipment, the regulars are very welcoming and friendly, the motto seems to be "lets make some gains" and after 45 mins you will feel like you made some. great place to be, I will be going back many more times.

Fantastic experience: I have been training here for over 10 years and it really is amazing. Robbie always pushes you to the limit and every training session is different, teaching you new skills and techniques all the time. If you want to be a boxer or just get fit I would recommend this place to anyone because it caters for everyone regardless of ability. Everyone is really friendly and wants to help you achieve your goals.

Fantastic experience: Robbie is a superb trainer running a superb club. Absolutely all welcome! My disabled son was made extremely welcome and Robbie allowed him to use the gym during quieter times. Ignore the 1 star as it’s clearly not a review of the gym but a retaliatory post after a difference of opinion. Really poor that someone attempts to damage a business reputation when they haven’t actually been a customer.

Fantastic experience: Trained here for my charity boxing event, Robbie is a brilliant trainer, and the gym is brilliant, mint atmosphere and always blasts the decent tunes! If your really luckily you may be treat with a quick guitar jam, because why not

My short notice daytime availability works well with Robbie. He pushes my neglected, young at heart, well over 50 year old body farther than I dare; so far so safely too. He plays good music. Fantastic experience: Really welcoming and friendly environment irrespective of your level of experience or standard of boxing. The training is pretty intense (as you would expect!) but sensibly tailored by Robbie and the other coaches to your personal ability level - just a cracking place to learn to box, improve your skills, get fitter and have some banter along the way. If you are thinking of trying a new boxing gym or giving boxing training a whirl for the first time I would strongly recommend giving Robbie a shout.
