Fantastic experience: This business is positive, friendly and supportive. I turned up and was openly fat and lazy, but ready to try new things. A year on and I'm playing on equipment I'd never have believed you could tempt me to, I have friends who always know the right word of encouragement, I have instructors who motivate and push me to be better and better. I've lost weight, gained confidence and muscle. I keep recommending The Studios to anyone and everyone who says they are bored of a standard gym or looking for a rush. There are classes for everyone, and whatever you sign up to be prepared to laugh!

Fantastic experience: As a older member of this fitness studio I have found everyone to be helpful and friendly. Jane and her instructors will only permit you to use any of the apparatus that is considered by Jane to be suitable for your needs and capabilities. When you want to learn something new you are monitored closely to ensure your safety. I highly recommend it

Fantastic experience: I was really nervous at first but I shouldn’t have been. Jane set my mind at ease and gave me the reassurance and confidence I needed to get through the door. This is an awesome place with awesome people. Love the variety of sessions offered. I always come away feeling like I’ve physically and mentally pushed myself (thanks to the guidance of the fab instructors) and achieved more than I could have dreamed.

Fantastic experience: Jane Cole and her staff run a brilliant business and bent over backwards to accommodate us all during the ongoing covid crisis. The staff motivate you to try your best and slowly and steadily reach your desired targets. Don't attend if you don't have any kind of willpower, personal determination or faint of heart. The instructors help you get what YOU want at the end of the day. It feels like a family here and all are welcome. Don't point fingers and blame about minor cleaning protocols that allow the studio to be open at a time like this; this is a service that they are providing you out of the goodness of their hearts as they are so affordable with their prices. Anti-maskers not welcome until the crisis is over. This is a private business and the owners have every right to endorse measures that protect other people and you.

Fantastic experience: I have been at this studio for about 6 years now and I continue to enjoy it as much, if not more than the day I walked in. Great staff, very patient and understanding and excellent at instructing and adapting for each and every client. Great range of equipment and hygiene especially during these times. A huge range of classes that everyone can enjoy and progress in. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I started the studio 10 months ago and love attending classes, the instructors are fabulous, the choice of classes are really good, the encouragement and positivity you receive from everyone is great and you soon feel like one of the fitness family. Jane is really great and always go the extra mile when explaining the stretch and flexibility class. I would highly recommend you come and try the different sessions.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant studio with amazing instructors. There are a range of different aerial classes available which are such a fantastic form of fitness as well as so much fun so you don't even feel like your exercising. 5 stars and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to get fit and have lots of fun at the same time. Also is a very friendly and supportive atmosphere, where everyone is willing to help one another.
