Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! I’ve joined other gyms before but soon lost motivation and been intimidated by the trainers and other users. This place is different ! The thing that has really helped me stick to it is having a personal training session included in your membership. This keeps me on track to achieve the goals I set for myself . Nearly a year and I am still going. The PTs and Andrew and Michelle are so welcoming and make you feel like you are genuinely valued. They know everyone’s name and make the effort to encourage you and celebrate your successes. The variety of classes is excellent and I love that you can go to any of them without having to pay extra. If you get bored easily you can change as often as you like. The Hot Yoga is fantastic, Claire is a great teacher ( and I promise it’s not smelly !) and everyone is friendly - lots of laughter as we all try to balance. The technology is great too. The App is great for feedback and tracking your work. I love that I can sync my strava to it too. I honestly can’t recommend this gym enough - it will transform your body and mind , helping you make exercise part of your daily life . No ‘gymtimidation’ here

Fantastic experience: Great gym in the centre of town, fab equipment with brilliant classes. I have wanted to do hot yoga for years but could never find a class locally and now I can!!! Gym membership is great with different bands to suit your needs. I have a full membership which includes a personal training session each month to push me that bit further. As with all gyms you get a personal training session just for you but Fitness Space steps it up a notch with a cool app so they can track your training and make sure you up your game and book your classes. Memberhsip also includes DNA testing which is really interesting, I should follow a meditterean diet, I've always known I belonged somewhere warmer! :) I highly recommend popping in and taking a look. I used to a home gym person, not anymore.
