Fantastic experience: We came for soft play - so only commenting on that. It was great! It's not huge, so only really suitable for younger children. Clean, not hot and sweaty! You can get discounted parking when using the leisure facilities.

Fantastic experience: My girls enjoy every second in here - From swimming lessons, through soft play and friendly staff. There could be better way to control how busy the facility is, as sometimes is extremely busy and hours later pools are empty.

Fantastic experience: I was in the gym and love it the staff are all friendly and will help anyone out however they can. Highly recommended for teams individuals, families and groups of friends. A definite must????

Positive experience: It's central, it's mostly clean, we had a very frustrating admin error that cause us quite a bit of upset, but they did put it right in the end. You have to pay for the car park because of the location and they could do with more family sized changing cubicles in the swimming area. The soft play is really good (although we've not been for nearly a year now), always seemed clean and well cared for and definitely secure.

Fantastic experience: Most of the staff are polite and helpful but not all of them are. Changing rooms could be cleaner and lots of lockers are broken but what do you expect from the council.

Fantastic experience: Easy parking and to get in there. Near the playground as well and inside have soft play area. Lots of activities to do for your own personal or bring the kids here for fun day. Really useful but at the reception always busy though, over all great !

Fantastic experience: It's everything you want from a leisure centre, two pools, soft play, cafe with nice food, big gym and courts you can hire at a reasonable price. Roller disco on Saturday is a lot of fun for both kids and adults

Fantastic experience: Great place for the family, offers a lot of facilities for all ages and a good price. Offers family membership with swimming lessons and crèche included. Plenty of parking small charge applies. There is also a Park right next door and Loughborough town is only a few mins walk would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Really nice leisure centre which is always kept very clean and tidy, they have a very well kept gym which has vast amounts of equipment which always comes in handy. The staff running the gym are also very friendly and are always willing to lend a hand if you need it. The swimming pools are always kept very clean and life guards are always present. There is a wide range of classes to attend both in the swimming pools and in the gym. Parking prices are very good too and there is a very large car park which is always a bonus

Fantastic experience: Friendly helpful staff, plenty of activities for children, including a really good creche and holiday activities for older children, which is vital for me to be able to use the facilities out of term time. Facilities are good and well maintained, gym is always clean and looked after, and is large with lots of equipment so it's still good to use when busy. Membership is very reasonably priced.
