The trainers are so friendly and welcoming, I have never felt so comfortable and at home in a gym - never did I think I would be laughing at 6.30am! The workouts are varied and challenging - regardless of your ability. The music is banging too...

Fantastic experience: I started with F45 2 months ago and I am really enjoying the programme! Everyone is super friendly in the sessions and the instructors are motivating and always on hand throughout each session to correct form and generally offer sound advice on how best to work towards your goals. The times of the sessions also work perfectly around my working week. Loving it! Thanks guys!

If you haven’t been you absolutely must go- you’ll be addicted to buzz, energy and structure of the workouts and community and friendly vibe instantly! Everybody that attends is awesome! 5* facilities, super clean and everything is brand new, even with little touches for the ladies In their change room. Great showers. All the trainers, Jake, Donna, Suzanna, April and Katie are all highly skilled and professional trainers who will do everything to ensure you get the best out of your workout every single time. I’ve had lots of safe adaptations for a poorly knee but it’s on the come back strong There’s no shortage of fun and laughs too this is not your average workout be prepared to work hard and you will see results all while having a great time.
