Fantastic experience: Going to Tonewize every weekday morning has been part of my life for the last 14 years now. It’s my reason for getting out of bed in the mornings. Millie has worked really hard to create a lovely clean, calm, friendly environment for us. Throughout the pandemic I have always felt really safe there. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, I have met some lovely friends there that I know will be friends for life, and as well as the exercise that keeps us all healthy there’s a lovely social side too. Fantastic experience: Really great place to come to exercise. Millie is great and so helpful in making sure the exercises done on each of the Toning tables and chairs is set at the pace to suit my needs and progress each week. It's very friendly and I feel very comfortable exercising here. I had been a little anxious before joining but now wish I had joined sooner. Thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic experience: A massive Pulmonary Embolism had left me gasping for breath all the time, but I also needed exercise to help control my diabetes. Thanks to regular gentle exercise routines on the Tonewize tables and chairs, with friendly staff and fellow exerciers, I can now breathe freely, with good mobility and my diabetes is under control again. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I started at Tonewize in January 2020 and was made to feel welcome right from the start. Millie is very knowledgeable and paitent, she explains each piece of equipment and how best to use it for you as an individual. She is attentative and suggests how to progress to best achieve your goals. The room is bright, airy and clean with 8 tables and 6 chairs. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Millie's Tonewise sessions are such a beneficial experience. They not only encompass physical exercise but are good for body and soul. Millie and her staff give individualised instruction in a clean, pleasant and happy environment. I would recommend for anyone willing to give it a chance.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fabulous place. The making of me - just what I need to kick-start my day. The new owners and staff are so friendly and welcoming - nothing is too much trouble for them. It's a great social scene too - if you want to chat, you can. If you want peace and quiet, you get that too. I cannot recommend Tonewize more highly. 5 stars is not high enough.
