Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Gymworks since it first opened. The gym as a great atmosphere and the equipment is modern and varied. There is always plenty of parking and the staff are helpful and supportive. There is also loads of classes to choose from as part of your membership fee. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of the top Gyms in this area over the past 10 years and more recently a GymWorks member for the past 6 months now, so I'm well positioned to offer a review here. A few of the many positives at this establishment are 1) Extremely good value for the money, 2) Fresh and bright on the gym floor making you feel good during exercise, 3) Delightfully friendly and supportive staff that take an interest in the members as individuals, 4) Class instructors motivate and add a feel good factor, 5) Good mix of people and abilities go here, a great opportunity to meet new friends. I am echoing Stuart and Amelia's comments with respect what I have said above, so you see the common theme here. Go on - join - you know you want to!

Fantastic experience: Love it here. Trying so hard to make it my 2nd home as part of my getting fit journey. I train with Mario but all the other PTs are great too and helpful.. except for Kurt. I'd stay well away from him as I think he's got his own Covid variant Kurtomicron

Fantastic experience: Outstanding value for money. I'd expected something quite small and limited for the price but the place is extensive and the range and number of exercise options equally extensive. I've always been put off joining a gym by the sometimes eye-watering fees but I'm more than happy to fork out the comparatively small cost here.

Fantastic experience: Super gym. Facilities are brilliant and set out for self distancing. Provides gel and towel so the individual can make sure that the item being used is cleaned before and after.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Loads of free weights. Many gyms i've been to beforevi have felt intimidated in the weights section but not at Gymworks. All the staff are really friendly and very helpful.

Fantastic experience: Gymworks is a great gym regardless of your fitness level. They offer classes suitable for all levels as well as the main section of the gym and a smaller room. I typically wouldn't have felt as confident in the main part of the gym however Gymworks makes you feel at ease which is a first for me. Highly recommend, great price. One suggestion being extending closing times

Positive experience: Gymworks is a decent gym with plenty cardio and weight machines, as well as plenty benches for free weights. The gym is not huge and it gets really busy! Another bad point is you don't get an induction so you're just sort of let free in there to try and find everything. I'm pretty sure there is at least one other part to the gym I've not seen yet

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym when it isn't too busy. Staff are lovely and helpful. Covid procedures in place.

Positive experience: Good gym, only complaint is very stuffy on hot days, no apparent Air-conditioning, just open windows that don’t do much. Fine temperature if just walking around but uncomfortable to workout in.

Fantastic experience: This gym is by far the best i have ever been to. I have never been so happy and so comfortable in an environment. The staff have been amazing throughout my experience here!!. I wasn't a very confident gym goer at the beginning but they have made me feel so amazing by recommending all the classes and showing me how to use certain equipment, now i'm never out the place haha. I also know that if i was ever stuck with anything someone is there to help which makes me more comfortable attending on my own. I would highly recommend anyone to join this gym! There's a wide range of classes, the gym facilities are great and staff are so good! plus.. its only £19.99 per month!!.. no brainer!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing Definitely recommend! The management were so lovely & helpful from the minute I walked through the door until the minute I left. She even checked up on me part way through my session to make sure I was ok and knew how to use all equipment and wasn't lost. I got chatting to quite a lot of people and most of them had been members a very long time & spoke very highly of the staff & the facilities! Still can't believe it's only £19.99 a month! Obviously I joined after my free trial and my partner & mum are also joining this week!

Fantastic experience: I'm a complete novice, had my induction today, friendly, knowledgeable staff, lots of quality equipment and very clean, great range of classes all included in very reasonable gym membership cost, with a really good atmosphere, made me feel completely at ease, loved it can't wait to go back.

Fantastic experience: Do encourage giving a like if this review has helped you This is one of the best gyms around Chorley and Euxton and Buckshaw village areas. I am saying this coz i have tried going to the other gyms in the area and none of them are as big as The GymWorks. Its got great eminities and classes are great and the instructors are amazing. People who come here too are very polite and friendly faces. They now have a contact less entry too and are following all the social distancing guidelines. The equipment is cleaned to perfection and there are disinfectants and wipes everywhere so you can clean before and after use. The locker room is too kept clean. They got personal trainers too all the time if you are looking for one. I am a fan of the classes and almost all the classes are fly booked every time. I can keep writing about this lovely place all day long. If you need a free day walk in. Fantastic experience: I don’t usually write reviews but I don’t see how certain people get the recognition they deserve otherwise. I’ve been a member of gym works for approximately 18 months and there is one person that stands out from the rest in my opinion. Becky is usually the one I see constantly keeping the gym tidy, racking the weights and generally providing fantastic customer service. The experience I’ve had with Becky is, that’s she’s constantly smiling which is nice especially if you’re having a hard day training. If I’ve ever had any problems she’s the one that’s sorted it and nothing seems too much trouble for her. Service is everything to me and in my opinion gym works is very lucky to have this young lady fronting their Euxton site.

Fantastic experience: Yeah....like the place. Went for a quick taster sesh. Guys seemed helpful enough, but believe me...I already knew what I was doing. Straight to the squat rack! Boom! Big leg session #EveryDayIsLegDay. When I get round to joining a gym....THIS WILL BE THAT GYM!

Fantastic experience: Excellent value for money. Plenty of equipment and room to work out. Some brilliant exercise classes. Timings geared more for 9-5ers but they seem to have added a few more day time classes to the schedule recently

Fantastic experience: Great gym, been going here for 3 years now. Plenty of equipment and space to workout in. Good atmosphere as well. Only thing they could add it some santising wipes to wipe down some of the benches but apart from that no complaints at all.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym at an affordable price. There is always a great atmosphere in the gym. The equipment is more than adequate to target any training session really. The gym is clean and equipment is regularly maintained. Lots of different classes available for free with the membership. Fantastic staff, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. A well set up and managed gym. The parking has recently been upgraded too which is brilliant, makes access easier. I was also recommended a PT Curtis McLaren from gymworks who has massively helped me brush up on my technique and knowledge on training gains. I would highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Incredible value for money, over 40 classes a week included for free, that alone is worth 20 quid a month not to mention the Gym which is full of equipment and cardio machines. Also opens at 6:00 so plenty of time for a session before work or even a Class at 06:30.

They also have some great equipment that you can't get anywhere else in the area. Bargain price but definitely not a budget gym, wouldn't go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym! I usually settle at a gym for 12-18months and move on as I get bored! Not here! I've been a member from the very start (3yrs) and they are constantly evolving, constantly interacting with members and their needs! AND THEY HAVE A WATT BIKE Always clean, always tidy and equipment breakdowns are incredibly rare!!
