Fantastic experience: Gym facilities are good and spacious. I have been going to this gym for over a year and it is generally good. Decided to take PT sessions with Ellie for a couple of months. Ellie is very dedicated and committed to her work. I have seen great progress in the months working with her. I appreciate how she pushes me to improve in every session

Positive experience: Highest dbells weight is 38kg only, I cant understand what the problem to keep dbells weight in standard range 2-50kg. You have a lot of space to place them, as you place couple sets of 1-10kg. Rest of equipment is ok but because of reason above I wont choose this gym...

Fantastic experience: This is my favourite branch. It's spacious, everything feels 'new' and the fit pods are amazing! Love how they've created those! Enjoyed my work out thoroughly today, in comparison to the fist sized Tottenham Hale branch (with old tissues stuck in the water bottle compartments and the inability to use anything without joining an hour queue) this was absolutely golden.

Fantastic experience: Lots of sanitising sprays although one bottle was empty and I didn't know there was any more available at the time. Although I do see most times the staff cleaning the equipment. Would be nice to have sanitising spray next to the gym matt/ class area.

Fantastic experience: Great equipment, great atmosphere! I tried the Burn 400 class, a cardio and strength training circuit class aimed at burning 400 calories. Depending on your effort, you will sweat. PT was motivating and encouraging. My activity tracker confirmed the 400 calories burned. Felt amazing for the rest of the day!

Fantastic experience: Huge. Great location. Showers and just the whole gym is clean. Only a few things i have noticed. Sainsbury's car park is full of drug users no matter the time of day. Missing a few fundamental machines. No soap in the mens restroom (on many occasion). Leeky roof and buckets which they put to catch water obstructing the gym floor. But apart from those few bad points i think its a great gym. I'll give it five stars. The overall experience in the gym outweights the bad points.

Fantastic experience: Love it however there are few things to improve upon. 1) Outside entrance keypad when cold makes it hard to key in entrance code. Use WD-80 or something. 2) Treadmills are not aligned with mirrors. People with OCD would prefer without stripe across whole height of mirror. 3) Weights numbering should start from highest for top level and from lowest for bottom level. This way distribution of people in weights gym section and accessibility to different types of weights would improve. 4) There is a leak in the roof. 5) Rough sleepers outside in a car park. Things I like about it: 1) Space. Place doesn't feel claustrophobic due to height of ceilings. 2) Nice paint job. I like helpful writings which are easy to see. 3) Equipment! Equipment! Equipment! Any type you would ever need. 4) Lots of space in a car park.
