Fantastic experience: Just superb. No other words to say.... All amenities under one roof at affordable price. Squash court, Badminton court, indoor football court, swimming pool, Gym, program hall, spa, locker facility, kids playing area, small cafe and a lounge.

Fantastic experience: Very impressed with the design, facilities and maintenance. The staff are very helpful and well trained.i joined my wife today, terrific value for OAP's. The young lady on reception was a credit to the organisation. She has a friendly greeting when you arrive and dealt with our membership proficiently multitasking with various queries from other people. What an asset.

Fantastic experience: Great facilities, pool, gym, classes, thermal spa and treatments, velodrome, events, swimming lessons and cafe. Very clean, friendly staff, feels very safe in uncertain times.

Fantastic experience: The entrance area is great, lots of comfy seats and soft play for the kids. Swimming pool is 2 meters at the deep end. Highly recommended!

Positive experience: Have been a member of Volair since 2013 and lately, it seems to have lost a lot of what attracted me to the place in the first place. The classes have been cut and the changing rooms are still unavailable, despite the removal of all covid restrictions. I understand that some changes are necessary, but to have a reduction in the number of low impact classes (I have a health condition) and nowhere to change (unless you count the disable toilet (which I find unacceptable) and still be charged £29 per month is not good enough!

Positive experience: Local gym. Managing Covid situation very well. Equipment well spaced, plenty of cleaning products, pre booked appointments for using gym only. Felt very comfortable. Cafe open too

Fantastic experience: Beautiful spa. By far the best I have ever been too. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Can’t fault anything atall. Glass of bubbly on arrival and then onto the relaxation suite. It is so clean and so relaxing. Highly recommend the body scrub, massage and the facial. Definitely be going back
