At You Fit Runcorn we pride ourselves on the personal touches we provide to our members. You Fit Runcorn is situated at the Holiday Inn Runcorn and offers a fully equipped gym with both cardio and resistance equipment, swimming pool, spa pool, sauna and group exercise activities.

We have an extensive range of group exercise classes on offer including Boxercise, Yoga, Pilates and Aquacise. From energising cardio and strength building classes to relaxing activities, we have a class to suit you.

Our exercise classes are open to all members and cater for all fitness levels, allowing you to workout at your own pace and within your own comfort level.

Our goal is to treat every member as though they are a guest in our home, where they can workout and relax in a friendly and personable health club that puts them first.
