Fantastic experience: Wicked old style gym with great equipment and great atmosphere & great equipment! Get some serious training done thanks to the PT on site and had great results! Been training ever since it was open and wouldn't change to any other gym! Great value for money! If you want to get fit and change your life style I advice you to come!

Most importantly for me it does not make you feel intimidated when you arrive there and the staff are welcoming. Andy and Sam are extremely helpful and understanding whatever level you are, they always push you that little bit more

Fantastic experience: 1st and only gym iv ever been too and safe to say I love it, iv been going nearly 3 years now. The staff and the clients r lovely. I started this gym not knowin anyone there, now iv gained friends for life including my pt shes great and love her to bits, The owner is awesome, hes like marmite u either love him or hate him there no inbetween #TEAMGAF #OLDSKOOL

Fantastic experience: Went to train here while on holiday nearby and needed to get to the gym. All the staff were really friendly and welcoming and I also ended up doing a PT session with Andy the owner, who really knows his stuff and will go out of his way to help you out. Just wish I lived nearby now so I could train here more often! Highly recommended gym, many thanks.
