Fantastic experience: Iv been taking my youngest (age 7) of 3 boys here for 6 months for fitness and self confidence, not only does he now, have a better body than me (which wasn't hard) but his belief in himself has doubled and he walks and talks with so much more confidence than 6 months ago - the cost for a group lesson is very affordable at 4 pounds for an hour and the coaches and owners are the 2 nicest guys you could possible wish to meet. so happy I found this place.
