Fantastic experience: Running Stan's Gym over the last 35 years have been an awesome experience. Stan's Gym seems to attract the nicest of people. I have made many life long friends training here.

Fantastic experience: Love the gym and the main man himself. All he wants is to see you doing and feeling your best while you train, and with more equipment than most commercial gyms I've been to and a cheaper price stag than any gym I've come across you'd be silly not to try this place

Fantastic experience: Stans gym is great. It reminds me of a Rocky Balboa gym which I love. Stan is the nicest guy always happy to help you and joins in on sessions which is great to see from a owner. The people that attend are so nice no posers just people trying to better theirselfs.
