Fantastic experience: Friendly staff. Some good new machines recently installed. Not often busy. Ideal for a good cardio workout. Classes available as well.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful and friendly staff. My wife and myself train in the gym and do many classes with Sylvia. From legs bums and tums/ kick aerobics to pilates. We love it and would recommend it to anyone.
