Fantastic experience: Highly recommended, its one step more than an open gym with little support/encouragement and the currently run small classes are simply brilliant, combining great training with affordability 10/10

Fantastic experience: Over the years I have worked with many PT's and at the time found them all to be effective in helping me reach my fitness goals. Since working with Liam, I have come to realise that he really is in a league of his own. His attention to the smallest detail is incredible and I am truly amazed at how making some minor changes to my technique effects my overall results. Liam has a unique approach to fitness which includes pretty much exclusive use of his well-stocked gym, which means I am never waiting for a piece of equipment to become free. It's brilliant! I would not hesitate in recommending Liam to anybody who is serious about improving their fitness and overall wellbeing

Fantastic experience: Liam has been training me for a number of months; it's great - I turn up, he tells me what to do and catches anything I can't lift. He changes the exercises each session, and he is able to work around my problems (I am 70 years old, and have hip arthritis and a slipped disk from long ago). This is the first gym I have used, and I find it extremely successful. There is a good range of equipment - both machines and free weights; Liam offers personal training, and free use sessions where you turn up and use the equipment unsupervised, which is cheaper. Altogether, excellent.

Positive experience: Small gym but good. Kind of just left to your own devices which is good. I do feel slightly intimidated when wanting to ask for advice/help though

Fantastic experience: Liam provides an exceptional one on one personal training service in his very well appointed gym. Each week my session is varied and challenging, allowing me to eat more cake during the week! I'd highly recommend Liam to anyone looking for a comprehensive and tailored service away from the stereotypical gyms!
