Fantastic experience: I really like my gym. Everyone is so helpful. Especially Maxine is my fav PT. She is always cheerful, motivating and helpful. Thanks to her positivity, I push my limits every time. I got in shape and started getting fitter by attending her classes. If you are looking for a good gym, I think you should choose this place.

Fantastic experience: I did the Fit Pump class with Morgan and it was suited for everyone, beginners, intermediate and could be adjusted to hard if anyone wished to. It was a range of total body workouts where he was very helpful with positioning and technique and always was encouraging and motivating even when you wanted to give up! 5 out of 5 stars for me!

Fantastic experience: Manor House Gym. Big, bright, clean gym. Classes are great - my favourites are with Dora and Temi, great energy and very friendly. For the price this gym and all the classes that come with the membership is fantastic value.

Fantastic experience: Nice gym with great location. I want to mention PT Ivana Otiepkova, who helped me to start my exercises (I haven’t done anything since I was 10). I immediately started to see the progress and I’m happy with the result. I would definitely continue to exercise with Ivana if haven’t had to move to a different area.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this particular Gym for seven years now (excluding the lockdowns), and I would describe it as a “maestoso temple of growth”. This is basically my second home, very convenient for me as I only live down the road and the fact that it’s open 24 hours a day makes it a bonus. Very safe and secure, even at night. The machines and equipment are always clean, you can feel the friendly ambience as soon as you walk in and the staff members actually talk and treat you like a human being. Most of the staff members are qualified personal trainers themselves and if I was to recommend one of them it would have to be Ivana. This woman knows her stuff, her methods of training fit any category, whether you're looking to lose weight or bulk up, she would help you get to that destination. She’s very punctual, disciplined, understanding and friendly, a true definition of a personal trainer. In conclusion, this is not just a Gym, this is a place of discipline and growth, not only in a physical aspect but also in a mental one. Fantastic experience: I've been a member here for years now and I've never thought about changing gym! It has all the equipment I need and it's well organized and kept clean by the staff and members, who you can tell really like the place and respect it. I can assure new members they will enjoy the vibe at the gym, mainly thanks to the staff being always nice and available, especially Simone who is always willing to help and give advices! The only thing I wish to see in the future, would be for this gym to expand a little bit, like having another floor with more equipment. I'm sure it would be a worth investment.

Fantastic experience: A very spacious gym with brilliant equipment and natural lighting! The staff are always very helpful and keep the gym clean throughout the day. My PT Ivana has also been a brilliant help in improving my overall strength and fitness, she is incredibly supportive and has helped me build muscle whilst keeping an eye on my shoulder injury throughout my progress.

Fantastic experience: The only reason I am attending the Gym at Manor House is due to Luigi's sessions of Abs and HIIT. Luigi is a very talented and passionate trainer who provides an interesting weekly programme and at all times fitting in new exercises. He provides different variations of exercises to suit all needs, from a beginner level to a more advanced and pays special attention to all attendees of his classes and particularly those who suffer from an injury or a health problem. Luigi continuously keeps checking if everyone performs the exercises correctly and is constantly motivating everyone. Without Luigi, me and others, as I have discussed with, would not be paying membership at this particular gym.

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent gym. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful - special shout out to CARLOS!!! - and also many of the regulars are too. The gym is always clean and it has all of the equipment you need (except for a sauna/steam room, alas!). I feel like the staff really make an effort to be inclusive, welcoming, and helpful. For £23pcm, you really cannot ask for more. Exceptional value for money. Thank you one and all!

Fantastic experience: Manor House Gym has a variety of fitness equipment that meets the need of all gym user. The place is always clean, tidy and will stocked with paper towels, hand sanitizer and cleaning materials. The Team are all friendly and approachable and when pointers are needed they are more than happy to help.

Fantastic experience: Great variety of equipment, I usually go in the morning and there are a lot of equipment available. I like the classes too and trainers are helpful and friendly. The gym is clean and I feel safe when I am there.

Fantastic experience: Tried out this gym in December before the tier's changed. The staff were really good and in top of making sure people were following the distancing rules even if they really needed to push the point. Lots of cleaning stations and bins. Equipment is generally in good condition and plenty of pockets to use.
