Phil is the Owner and Founder of Exclusive Gym, which opened in 2007. He has been working within the fitness industry for over 20 years in various different gym locations prior to Exclusive Gym opening. Exclusive Gym has been one of the leading independent personal training facilities within the Worcestershire area for many years, winning West Midlands Gym Group of the Year 2020 at the UK Enterprise Awards

Martha qualified as a Fitness Instructor & Exercise to Music Instructor in 2012 and in 2013 went on to qualify as a Personal Trainer. Since then she has been working in the health and fitness industry specialising in weight management for individual clients and also on specifically designed Health and Weight Management courses at Exclusive Gym, Stourbridge.

In 2012 Martha designed an East London style dance fitness class ‘Dance Fusion’ which she now teaches in Worcester. She is also the Strength and Conditioning coach for Worcestershire County Netball Club and Saracens Netball Club Senior Teams.

Iain finds the most rewarding thing about being a PT is helping people to find enjoyment, freedom and value in exercise. He’s not a drill sergeant, and has empathy and understanding for people.

“I have cystic fibrosis and have had to work to gain and re-gain fitness on several occasions. I have a consideration interest in working with people with health conditions and disabilities. Before I became a PT I worked in disability advice for years, so have good professional and personal grounding in this work.”
