Fantastic experience: Danny is a great personal trainer. He put a lot of time into defining a bespoke training programme that helped me achieve my targets. He helped me work out what I needed to improve. He gave me nutrition advice as well as motivating me to train hard. It's fun working with him and I look forward to our sessions!

Fantastic experience: Danny not only has great fitness and training knowledge but he really knows how to motivate me both in the gym and with my eating habits - the part I find hardest! Since Christmas I have dropped a dress size and am on the way to achieving a flat stomach for the summer! Also, I love that with exclusive training facilities at Potentia Performance gym there is never any distractions or hold ups of equipment compared to normal membership gyms, making Danny the best value personal trainer in the area too.
