CrossFit B76

Fantastic experience: Large CrossFit box located in the grounds of a local Rugby and Tennis club. Lots of outdoor space both grassy fields and a long stretch of drive off the main road which makes it a safe place to do a run or a farmer’s carry when your workout asks for them. The weights and other equipment is really well looked after and maintained and the gym itself is kept very clean and tidy as the owners, coaches the members are very proud of the space and treat it with care. There’s an impressive selection of cardio machines including assault bikes, concept2 rowers and ski ergs. The atmosphere is very welcoming too, it’s a great place for a one-off drop in, you’ll be made to feel very welcome and everyone will ensure that you have a really enjoyable workout. There are showers, changing rooms and indoor toilets on site. Like most CrossFit boxes there are no lockers because your stuff will be more than safe and there are some shelves inside where you can leave your kit bag etc. There are snacks & drinks available to purchase at the box. Walmley village is one a mile away and there’s a pub and a café there with plenty of parking should you want a pre or post-workout meal.
