Fantastic experience: Fantastic place for my son to go boxing. He loves going. Den is really good with the kids and it's great that it's free. The gym itself is really good. Most people who go are very supportive and will help others especially if you're new to the gym.

Fantastic experience: Reviewing this gym as someone who's worked and trained at most gyms in corby. This gym is well maintained, clean and caters a diverse range of people, all ages, all capabilities and experience levels. Not really had much engagement with most of the staff, but the ones I have are friendly.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym. Proper muscle building equipment. Very clean and tidy, more machines than you will every need. Plenty of cardio equipment aswell. Friendly staff, very cheap membership. Also sell a range of proteins, pre workouts, water and supplements.
