Tackle the walls in Indoor Climbing Adventure, test your balance with Roller Skating or challenge the whole family to a Badminton tournament. This is the place to play your favourite game, try a new sport or spend a drizzly afternoon.

From a platter of bacon sandwiches for breakfast to a quick  flatbread after a game of squash - there's plenty of choice on the Sports Cafe menu. There are also big screens to watch the game, and play areas for little ones to burn some energy.

Whether you're sticking to your normal regime or getting extra active during your break, book a pass to our well-equipped gym or try one of our exercise classes, from Aerobics to Zumba.

Low resistance, easy to pick up and great for all ages - but don't let Badminton fool you, you can absolutely work up a sweat on the courts if you're competitive enough!
