Fantastic experience: Been a member for just over two years now and have to say joining Rudis was one of the best decisions I ever made. I never really enjoyed exercise previously but now I am excited to see what awaits me when I arrive at the box. The coaches are great and the community spirit is second to none. Fantastic experience: Been training here for four months and I'm totally hooked. I'm a complete convert from heavy lifting in the gym to crossfit - the coaches are super knowledgeable and with their help I'm already lifting more now than I ever have been and I'm nailing techniques I was scared to try before without a problem.
