Gym Tot drop in Classes – . A 1 hour class for children of about 14 months to 4 years to come along and enjoy movement and gymnastics with grown-up with the help of coaches. A reward scheme is followed to progress skills. Each award earns a Valdez Badge! £5.00 per session payable by card on the day.
Mini Gym Classes – A more structured 1 hour session, for children in reception- 7 years. Full apparatus are used and the Valdez Award Scheme is started at the Introductory level, where gold medals at each level can be achieved. £9.50 per session payable half termly.
Gym Classes – 1 hour classes for kids 7- 11 Years. Training on full gymnastics apparatus, and continuing progression through the Valdez award scheme, with their own award book. £9.50 per session payable half termly.
Gym extra Classes– A longer session of 1 1/2 hours in which more advanced skills can be practiced. For gymnasts 11 years and above. £10.50 per session payable half termly.
One to One Classes – Excellent for over coming a block, or generally raising your game. £35 per 1 hour slot.Please contact Chantelle for more details: 07535 671066.

Fantastic experience: As a former Army PTI, I fully appreciate that agility is but one component of overall fitness, along with endurance, flexibility, strength and - something at times overlooked - ‘resilience’. The teaching staff at Valdez really should be applauded for their expertise, dedication and skill. It is a pleasure to watch our daughters confidence, skill levels and sense of achievement grow after each lesson.
