Fantastic experience: Amazing gym and facilities in a lovely part of London, but that's not the story. The people working there showed me a courtesy and care that is totally unmatched. Kudos to such a wonderful organization for keeping service excellence first. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym. I worked there as a Personal Trainer, pre covid. And, I can say the gym has everything you need for a decent workout. Lots of free weights, and all members of the gym and the staff are super friendly. All of my clients who worked there with me have seen amazing progress in a short time.

Gym protocols on Covid is excellent. Temp check on arrival, equipment wiped down each time it is used. Amasing protein shakes too.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym with excellent staff providing support from personal training to tips for general fitness. I have been at the gym for two years and I have been consistently impressed with the equipment and the up keep of the gym. Since returning after the COVID-19 lockdown, the gym continues to be exceptionally clean and has stringent safety measured which are followed by all members. A special shout out to Dylan who has been really supportive to me and my training partners, constantly giving great fitness advice and guidance - he also makes a great shake!!!

Fantastic experience: Gezim was very friendly , he answered all my question and made feel very welcomed so did Dylan as well and I think they work very well together. Also the gym is top-notch , great environment.

Fantastic experience: Five stars for the wonderful Holly who teaches the trampoline rebound class here. Holly is absolutely brilliant at what she does and makes each class fun yet rewarding. Who knew exercise could be so fun?

Fantastic experience: The COVID-19 procedures as of late are class. Every guest gets their individual spray cleaning bottle and cloth. The equipment is distanced and there’s a one way system, thermostat on entry plus a booking system to control capacity. Alongside this in general I think this gym is awesome. The staff are always friendly and it’s a warm welcome on arrival 100% of the time, remember my name too so it’s great to feel they care about clients like that. I would say as a constructive point, I’d love to see some more equipment... mainly a smyth machine, hack squat and a cable row, but I am aware that these are expensive and space is limited, I make do with other things. Great place, affordable too. Deffo 10/10 would recommend

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to The Fort for about two months now. Got to say its an amazing gym with great staff (especially Dylan, Michael, Terci and especially Ozzie) and great trainers too. Not overly busy, lots of different equipment and I am a big fan of the app and booking procedure that has been implemented since Covid struck. The hygiene aspect is one that I was concerned about given the current climate but The Fort has plenty of measures designed to tackle this including a one way system, temperature monitor and hygiene spray and wipes. Overall no complaints at all and thoroughly impressed at this facility.

Fantastic experience: The staff are truly lovely, making you feel at home. Their approach to keeping the gym safe and hygienic during the COVID-19 outbreak is second to none. I feel safe and comfortable on every visit. Especially their booking system on the app, ensuring I know when the gym is busy or not. Top stuff. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Ive been a personal trainer for over a year now at this gym and i must say out of all the gyms ive been to this is a really nice place to be and since lockdown its only just got better. Very organised with separate training areas/platforms, a unique one way system to encourage social distancing and above all else, a spray and wipe system for all members to encourage safe cleanliness plus more features. This gym has taken the necessary steps for a healthy and Covid-safe future and one that i am proud to bring my clients to.

Fantastic experience: The covid procedures are very well thought and planned, as soon as you step in the gym you have to check your temperature and sanitize your hands. The customer service and personal trainers are very welcoming and polite, if they ever is a problem they will always make sure they can do their best to provide you with what you need and as part of their new rules all membership members are required to grab a sanitizer spray and cloth to clean equipment after usage. Fantastic experience: Monday 12th October 20202 - I’ve been a member for nearly 4 years and I still love this place. Staff are brilliant particularly Dillon on reception always friendly and very helpful! The COVID measures put in place are brilliant and make it feel like a great place to work out. Over all brilliant there are not enough stars to give. Keep up the great work team!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member here for over 3 years now - it’s a really great place to come with friendly staff and the latest equipment. The gym is spotless and constantly being cleaned since the COVID pandemic so there are no health or safety concerns either. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Quality I feel very safe. We all get our temperatures taken and given disinfectant spray as we enter the building. There are allocated workout boxes and social distance between workout machines.

Fantastic experience: I joined The Fort after moving to the area in January 2020. I've been a member of many different corporate gyms and it was so refreshing to be welcomed in. From day two, all staff members knew my name and unlike most gyms they really do care about their members. This was really shown during lockdown. Not only did they make freezing membership hassle free, they also continually reached out via their PTs. The price is quite unbelievable considering the level of expertise, community feel and excellent facilities. They have really made the most of the space - squat racks are always free! I highly recommend this gym if in the area - excellent facilities, unique skills and expertise and a community feel.

Fantastic experience: I recently found this gem of a gym, I have been long fed up of paying for gyms where literally you can’t find any staff to help you. As soon as I started I was booked in to see a Personal Trainer for a program all all included in the membership. Finally a place that cares about its customers and their results not just trying to make money. The ongoing personal trainer support and measurements mean I know if my workouts are working. Tried a couple of classes which are great and really looking forward to doing more when I get time. Why aren’t more gyms taking care of clients like this?

Fantastic experience: The best gym in the area I've seen. The gym is always clean and tidy and is much less busy than other nearby gyms. The facilities are great and include a sauna. The classes are all free and the ones I've been to have been excellent. All of the other members and all of the staff are friendly. The staff (Dylan, Marcus, Brandon etc) are all very helpful and always happy to go the extra mile. Definitely worth the money for everything you get!

Very easy to book classes which are really good with great teachers. Easy to join and leave and very good price. Thank you for all your help hopefully I come back to Fulham and want to rejoin soon.

Fantastic experience: I prefer the Fort Gym over One LDN down the road. People don't act pretentious and actually workout seriously! I also bring my own clients to this gym and enjoy training them here. The gym staff are very friendly and the gym has a great atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Well done The Fort Gym what a great refurb and rebrand. Looks great, great functional training space and lots of decent equipment. The sled track adds such a great exercise to my workouts. I'd never tried it before its such a great fun workout especially when I use my Myzone belt. There is nothing else like this in area, thankyou.

Fantastic experience: So I've been here for about a year now. I have never been able to reach the goals o have achieved at any other gym. In addition the staff are really welcoming and friendly in particular dimitar. In addition the cleaners are hilarious.

Today Naomi was very generous, open and accommodating, which is typical of the kind of treatment I experience on a regular basis, when interacting with members of The Fort Club. Fantastic experience: The Fort is the best gym I've come across in this area. In my experience, The Fort is one of the only gyms in this area that you don't find posers. People actually work out, actually get sweaty, and actually see results! The team and PTs are a bunch of great people who truly want to know how you're doing, and are excited to make you do even better! After 4 years of trying to find the perfect gym, I think I've found it with The Fort. Well done team! No photos to add because I'm too busy working out to take any.

Fantastic experience: I teach classes at several gyms in south west London and the Fort is one the friendliest I’ve come across. The facilities have been updated recently and this makes training people there extremely good. Many of the clients I’ve bought into the Fort have then joined as members.

The staff are enthusiastic, professional, caring and extremely approachable. They are more than happy to meet your needs and provide excellent customer service. I know the owner well also, and he is always happy to truly support anybody who attends The Fort and is always focused on the needs of the consumer. He has created an incredible community at this top facility. I simply can’t recommend this gem of a gym enough. Get involved!
