CrossFit Weymouth

Fantastic experience: I've been going for 9 months. The foundation courses do a great job of showing the sort of techniques you'll require and the sort of effort needed for cardio sessions; after that you get a 2 week trial where you can sign up to as many sessions as you want. Once the trial ends there's a range of subscriptions based on how often you want to go. While I started cycling more during lockdown I wouldn't call myself overly active and never done weight work before. Before each session you do warm ups, the coaches go through the techniques in stages and give tips as you practice. The sessions themselves focus on different muscle groups to mix things up and have scaling options for people of all abilities; they have sessions throughout the day so there's always one you can fit in. The equipment is well maintained and has great ranges of weights for abilities. The coaches and others who come are really friendly and supportive; genuinely don't think I would've pushed myself as hard and accomplished as much as I have already without them. I've already done my first "Open" (like a global competition), a bunch of intense named workouts, and my first "Murph". I have definitely noticed a change in my shape and more importantly feel stronger (mentally & physically). Can't rate this place highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Excellent CrossFit gym. Clean space, great equipment, friendly and knowledgable coaches with welcoming members. Would highly recommend dropping in or joining.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism This Box is incredible , The coaches are very well educated in teaching movements that will be potentially new in your exercise programming. I have only been a member a couple of weeks but i 100% don't regret my decision.

Fantastic experience: This place is so fun, so inspirational and always come out so sweaty but happy after a hard but good workout. They always make you watch your form and scale to your fitness/ abilities too. Would very much recommend.

Fantastic experience: Started here a couple weeks back. Cannot recommend it highly enough. So friendly, supportive and addictive. They do a few trial day and would recommend you try it if you can, you won't look back
