Fantastic experience: Excellent place, to start your weight loss and fitness journey. Fully supportive and encouraging trainers. Concentrate on nutrition also, helping you work towards and ultimately achieve your goal.

Fantastic experience: Everything that you could ask for from a training and results based solution to be honest! Motivating and knowledgeable coaches. A high energy and friendly environment. All of the accountability necessary to ensure you keep showing up and getting results. Everything that you need to know around nutrition to start seeing changes fast. I’ve done a few group training programmes and whatnot in the past and no one lays in on like these guys.

Fantastic experience: Joined UBC to loose weight get stronger and feel better in myself . It certainly has done that , the 6 week program is fab . All staff are helpful and the atmosphere in the gym is brilliant to get you motivated. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: Love UBC! Andy, Charly and Julien are the best. Great teachers with great banter. Fun, friendly and approachable, but definitely tough as well. Always helpful and encouraging, consistantly keeping you on track with nutrition and training and making sure smash your own personal goals. Everyone who trains at UBC is absolutely lovely. I initially signed up for 6 weeks, but I'm staying for life!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism Amazing results! In the UBC 6 week program I lost 10kgs. I also learnt some key factors in healthy nutrition which I can now use moving forward. The group training sessions were very good and always varied with lost of encouragement from the coaches. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Joined the crew 4 years ago and I was not in good shape. Introduced to Andrew and started his ubc plan, originally a 3 month plan and being out of any type of fitness for some time was very apprehensive about starting. The group I trained with were strong and most athletic. They welcomed me with banter and encouragement. Made life long friends and still in touch with most of them. Lost a shed load of fat, built a shed load of muscle and more importantly learnt how to feed myself properly. Just started again in January and straight back into it. Group are very welcoming and not at all judgemental. The only judging done is from me. The trainers push in the right direction and support from start to finish in each session. You will work hard and will quickly see the gains. Better mental attitude, superior fitness and enjoy the experience. It is tough but the support is second to none. Would truely recommend for any ability. Top job UBC thanks for everything

Fantastic experience: Been training for a few weeks now have to say it's been really great everyone is really friendly and everyone encourages each other along the way. The trainers are dedicated to helping every step and give total support. The food ideas help to keep it interesting and not a boring fad diet highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I never thought pressing a button saying ‘apply’ just before Christmas could have had such a positive affect on my life in such a short time! Andy and his team are amazing they are so positive and encouraging and the other members are very friendly and helpful too Having never trained before it is hard work but it’s also fun and I’m loving it am also enjoying my new healthy meals Just completed first week of the 6 week challenge and the results are so much better than I thought they could be Felt really nervous to start with but that didn’t last long and am so glad I’m doing this

Fantastic experience: I have just completed the 6 week challenge and am very happy with the results I have achieved so far. I was very nervous before I started but was quickly put at ease by Andy and the other trainers who explained and shown me what I need to do during the sessions. And was given lots of advice and guidance on the nutritional side of things. Before I started I had no motivation and always felt tired and lethargic, now since completing the challenge I have alot more energy and motivation. I have now signed up to be a member. Would highly recommend UBC!

Fantastic experience: Want sure what to make of it when I turned up,but 5 weeks into my total body transformation,and I already notice the difference . I look different in the mirror,clothes fit better.the team have helped me take control of what I eat and I'm much fitter now than when I started. Each instructor brings something different. Hard work and good senses of humour all round. I'd hoped this might kick start me getting fit,but with the support and guidance of the team, and the varied interesting workouts it's done more than that.top job guys and it's a nice atmosphere for those us less fit to get fit in!

Fantastic experience: The quality of the coaching and session layout here speaks for itself! Been training for a few years but joining UBC gave me the push and motivation I needed to get my conditioning and fitness levels back on track! Andy and his team are so knowledgeable and helpful that any queries on training, diet etc are usually dealt with on the spot, and the facilities are fantastic.

Fantastic experience: Started off with the 6 week challenge back in June until I went on holiday. Loved it so much I joined when I got back. The guys are fab and I would definently recommend UBC to anyone who wants to get into shape and lead a healthier lifestyle.

Fantastic experience: I started the training 6 weeks ago and halve lost over 7% body fat, I was never a massive gym goer and had never done a class before. I now love the classes, with doing shift work I never thought this would work but there is alway a time that I am available each week. I feel so much better now love the staff at UBC

Fantastic experience: Finishing week 4 of my 6 week challenge and have found it fantastic! The training sessions are motivating and I’ve really enjoyed them, the early morning sessions are a great way to start the day. The nutrition guidance you get I have found so useful, and was really needed, and by following it I have found it easy to make the changes that I needed to. I definitely recommend UBC.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend the Ultimate Body Club highly enough. Being an apple shape I always hold weight around my middle. In just a week (three sessions) I have already lost two inches from my waist with no fad dieting, just lots of clean, healthy food. There’s no deprivation only massive guidance and support from the crew all the way- exercise, nutrition and motivation. I have masses of energy to boot. It’s great fun too. Loving it. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: Great gym to go to, variety of classes, each session I have been too is different from the last whole body work out. Nice to be in a gym with a variety of people all supporting one another as were all there for a reason. Both Andy and Charly are top coaches great support in the gym and work you above and beyond really push you. So much advice from food to workouts. Can’t complain at all great for the physical and mental health!!!

Fantastic experience: Joining UBC was best thing I’ve done. Admittingly it did take me some time to pluck up the courage to just do it!!! Now that I am over half way in I have to say how much I enjoy training with these guys.i don’t even mind getting up to train at 530am! And would gladly do this more than 3 times a week. The trainers are motivational , knowledgeable, helpful and Great fun and did I mention handsome too. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Loving UBC! Am 3 weeks in and am loving training again. Since my son died it’s giving me more confidence to put myself back out there and look after my physical and mental health. The guys are super helpful and no question is silly and they will go out their way to help you! Best thing I started in 2019.

Fantastic experience: Three weeks into my 6 week challenge and I can’t speak highly enough of Andy, Joe and the programme. This was a last ditched desperate attempt to sort myself out before hitting the big 50 later this year! At first I was scared I would fail and not be able to get through even one session, 3 weeks in and I’m adding an extra session to my weekly set and actually look forward to my gym sessions. They do work you hard but it is fun with lots of support both in the gym and at home with nutrition tips etc to help you get the best results for you.

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend these guys enough. UBC is so so Friendly professional welcoming. Gets you results you want and in my case needed!!! They keep you motivated. Fantastic experience: This has been an amazing 6 weeks, Andy and Joe are so supportive and encouraging. I have met some amazing people all wanting the same thing but not sure home to get it. Over the weeks you could see fantastic changes in people. Myself I didn’t loose much weight however I lost inches and my body shape has changed so much. It’s not about the scales but the way you feel, and I feel fantastic if you need a start and not sure who or where to go this is a must as the results in everyone are unbelievable. Fantastic experience: I’m half way through my 6 week challenge. I love the work out sessions and is completely different to anything I’ve ever done before, I haven’t exercised like this for at least 10 years. Feeling motivated and excited for my results, already seeing differences in my body. Felt very nervous for the first session I did as didn’t know what to expect and was thinking of every excuse to pull out, best thing I did walking through those doors that first Monday morning for the 5:45am session! Andy and Joe are very supportive and approachable in asking for help and advice. Would highly recommend if your looking to make some changes to Yourself!

Fantastic experience: I signed up for the six week challenge not knowing what was involved, I was so anxious and didn't feel this kind of exercise and training was for me or that I'd fit in, but i can honestly say that everyone is so friendly and welcoming and Andy, Jo and Julian are great they take the time to show and explain what to do. No session is the same which is great and the online coaching has taught me so much with regards to nutrition. I'm so chuffed to say that in six weeks I have dropped a dress size , and stone in weight and feel so much better in myself. Would recommend to anyone of any shape size or fitness x

Fantastic experience: Massive thanks to Andy and Joe for helping me stay focused and complete the 6WK challenge! My exercise regime was almost non existent before joining the challenge, now that has certainly changed! Everyone at UBC is in the same situation and the atmosphere is relaxed with no pressure - Any nervousness about attending that first session was wiped away instantly as a result! I have seen great results and feel SO MUCH FITTER in myself. I have picked up running again during non training days, which feels so much easier and actually enjoyable now my fitness levels are higher. For various reasons I cannot continue at UBC but I really wish this wasn't the case!!!! Thanks again guys :-)

Fantastic experience: I started at UBC 4 weeks ago after seeing their ad for the 6 week transformation and in just that amount of time I can already see such a change in my fitness, strength, stamina and body shape. Even my self esteem is soaring after being at rock bottom. Everyone I’ve meet at the training sessions are so welcoming and encouraging. There are definitely no ‘gym egos’ here. The training sessions are so varied and Andy & Joe are great motivators. Thank you for getting me back on track guys!!!

Fantastic experience: What can I say about UBC. They deliver exactly what they say. 6 week challenge with all you need to know and the classes you need to attend to loose 18lbs or 6%body fat. Be strict with your food and push hard in the classes and you can achieve your goals. I lost 19.5lbs and 8% body fat within 6weeks. Dont get me wrong it is not easy but you will have fun with the classes and get all the knowledge you need with Andy and Joe instructing you. If your the person that just needs a kick start or likes accepting a challenge..... You could not get any better place within your local area.

Fantastic experience: I joined UBC after seeing the ad for the 6 week challenge. I'm now entering into my second week of training and I know the programme is working as every muscle in my body is aching!! I haven't trained in over three years prior to this due to breaking my back, I was really apprehensive about training again but Andy and Joe modify the training to support my needs. I would 100% recommend this programme to everyone!!!

Fantastic experience: This has been the most amazing journey for me. I was nervous when starting and did not know if I had what it takes but Andy and Joe have been absolutely amazing. They talk you through every step and you never feel like you are doing this alone. After 6 weeks I now know what my nutrition should look like and I feel so much better in myself. There are exercises that I could not do in week 1 and 2 and I am smashing them now. My confidence has grown and my body has changed in weight and shape. This has just been the best 6 weeks ever!!!

Fantastic experience: I am in my 6th week with UBC and have really enjoyed the challenge. I was not in a good place with my fitness,food habits and general well being. I have struggled to find anything that motivated me to get back in shape, I decided to do the 6 week challenge after watching another mum's video review. I could really relate to her, how she was feeling and totally inspired to do something about my sorry state. I have a long way to go to get in the shape I once was but I feel really positive about the changes I have made,I feel fitter and stronger already and love The group training even at stupid o'clock!! I'm looking forward to the next 12 months with UBC and can't wait to see what I can achieve with their support. Thank you Andy & Joe for the opportunity to be part of something great.

Fantastic experience: Just completed week 4 of my 6 week body transformation and I’m loving it! I can’t believe the amazing results I have seen in myself in such a short amount of time (the loss of body fat and so many inches!) My clothes feel better, I feel better in myself and I feel like I have gained my confidence back again. I am leaner and fitter than I have been in a long time. I have really enjoyed the training sessions with Joe and Andy and love the fact that they are always different. I knew that I was going to love the training but I was nervous about the nutrition side of things as this is something I find quite difficult. I thought I’d be hungry but how wrong was I? I have learnt that the key is planning and preparation to ensure that I stay on track! Thank you Andy and Joe for leading me in the right direction X

Fantastic experience: The training and nutrition coaching by UBC has completely changed my mindset. I am now fitter, stronger and making more informed choices which are helping me to reach my goals. I have trained throughout the last 5 years but noticed my workouts and motivation had turned stagnant. The sessions are always different and the support is incredible (from 8pm on a sunday to 6.30am on a friday, the coaches are there to help). Couldn't recommend the club more.

Fantastic experience: I joined UBC in January 2018 and I've got to say I'm now addicted to training and eating healthier (something I never thought possible). I can honestly say I've gone from a junk food out the packet person to cooking some healthy tasty recipes. At first I found the training to be daunting but I soon felt much more confident with each session. Not only do I feel much better physically but more importantly mentally. It's been great meeting a new bunch of like minded people and having great guidance and support from Joe and Andy.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loving the team and community spirit at UBC. Andy and Joe are super supportive and motivational. Their knowledge on practical technique and nutrition is of a first class standard. After only a week of training and clean eating I have noticed a difference especially in energy levels and overall mood. Fantastic experience: I joined UBC in January hoping that the initial 6 weeks would tone my body and help with my core strength. 3 weeks in and the difference is incredible! Andy and Joe are brilliant and certainly know what works for all ages and abilities. The nutrition information and guidance is invaluable as without this I very much doubt I'd have the results I do. Instead of looking at this as a 6 week challenge it has quickly become a lifestyle change that is easy and maintainable and that's a big thing from me as I had always hated meal times and cooking. I now have a new found passion for trying/cooking new things and have the full support of my kids and partner who are loving all the home cooked meals and energy from me. Highly recommend to anyone who is sat there thinking 'I could never do that'. I Did, for years. Now I never want to stop. Thanks A & J

Fantastic experience: Hugely recommend these guys. Andy and Joe are very friendly and approachable. They are always on hand to answer any questions and communication has been above and beyond what I would expect. These guys certainly know their stuff. They give you all the information you need to get in great shape and put it in such simple terms that anyone can grasp. Love how Andy emphasises eating food you like and allowing yourself some 'bad' foods but also has a very honest approach about what you need to do. The cookbooks from Andy are also great at proving new ideas. I've finally found a diet which fits my lifestyle instead of trying to force down chicken and broccoli every day. The classes have been great and I've looked forward to going week after week. Every session is different so you never get bored. All the exercises can be tailored to any ability level and the guys are great at knowing when to push you a little further out of your comfort zone. In the 4 weeks I've been training with these guys so far I've lost 9 pounds and 6-7cm from my hips, waist and thighs, all of which is fat. I feel stronger and leaner and I continue to lose weight at a steady pace without starving myself. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Fantastic experience: This is my 4th week at the Ultimate Body Club and amazingly I am seeing results already. I'm feeling fitter, stronger and my body shape is changing. The work out sessions are tough sometimes but always good fun. There is a great atmosphere and Andy and Joe are great at coaching and make sure exercises are pitched at everyone level. Definitely recommend UBC!

Fantastic experience: I started training with Andy and Joe to increase my self-esteem and strength. I have always been active, but had been stuck in a bit of a rut with my training. My overall strength and fitness improved so much, in a short space of time, that I was able to perform exercises I would never have attempted on my own. The variety of sessions and exercise keep me motivated and I have learnt so much from the 6 week programme. Nutrition was a big struggle of mine. I often ate food for energy and barely (never) cooked. I'm now planning my food, cooking and experiment with different recipes. Thanks to the boys I’m now lifting heavier weights, eating right, enjoying the gym and feeling good. Cheers boys :). Laura X

Fantastic experience: I started training on the 6 week challenge at UBC in January and I'm amazed at the results just 3 weeks in. I was pretty nervous to start with as I'd never been to anything like this before but after my first session I realised it's great. Andy and Joe are welcoming and encouraging, they know what to do to get results. I'm losing weight and toning up, I've got more energy and I feel better all round.

Fantastic experience: This is more than just a gym, you are never left on your own and your arse is pushed to all levels. All the coaches are brilliant and really know how to get the best out of you. What I like the most the is the timings of the PT'S you can always find a slot that suits your life. It also gives you a great team to be training with who push you and support you just as much... I have never been to a gym where everyone talks to each other and has a laugh it makes you want to come back every day (well if you could still walk) it really is one of a kind and a great place

Fantastic experience: Starting UBC was the most daunting thing I think I’ve ever done. I don’t exercise, am overweight, unfit the list goes on. I even sat in my car outside crying before my first training session. However it has changed my life and is by far one of the biggest achievements I’ve done Andy and Joe are fantastic and help every step of the way and make exercising so much fun. Everyone at UBC is so welcoming and friendly. These 6 weeks have helped me mentally and physically and I’m looking forward to a fitter future!! Can’t recommend UBC enough and forever thankful I took park.

Fantastic experience: If only this could be a review out of 10, I would defiantly give Andy and Joe a 10! Absolutely loving the sessions with Andy and Joe, something different every session, never boring and always enjoyable! Couldn’t wish for a better gym with great trainers and welcoming people. The nutritional guidance from Andy is spot on! His knowledge about nutrition and training is invaluable. Without his guidance on nutrition I don’t think I would get to where I am now, healthy, happy, and fit!

Fantastic experience: Fully recommend the UBC 6 week challenge to anyone considering it! Love the concept and have really enjoyed the training sessions! (Did I really just write that??!!) Me?!! A person who has not seen the inside of a gym or considered fitness as a lifestyle approach for..... ahem...... a good few years.....! Absolutely superb guidance and support from the PT’s in person and online. Lovely, friendly and fun people in the training groups! Major bonus - there’s none of that gym bunny ‘judgemental’ malarkey at UBC! Really enjoyed being part of this 6 week challenge. You get to feel your fitness levels improving as each week passes, not to mention that you can actually see your body changing as the weeks go by! Honestly, there is no need to feel apprehensive about this challenge! Once I’d met Andy as part of the initial intro session, it was clear he really was as down to earth and supportive as he appears on the videos! Very refreshing to see that...... because,.......well...... sometimes with these ‘online’ things it can feel as though it’s purely a marketing exercise! I can tell you categorically that it is not - UBC has a fantastic team of natural motivators. They really want you to succeed and have created an amazingly supportive, relaxed environment for newbies and more experienced individuals at the same time. Awesome experience! If you get the chance to take on this 6 week challenge, don’t hold back - GO FOR IT! - you will not regret it! :-)

Fantastic experience: Loving the training sessions from Andy and Joe! Excellent motivators and always create brilliant sessions that make you work hard throughout! Really pleased with my results so far, both in weight and measurements. Meals are great and tasty. Important to create variety in the week and much down on protein snacks- homemade protein bars are the best yet! Great coaches, awesome support and a wonderful team!

Fantastic experience: This year I turned 40. Hopelessly out of shape and lacking the motivation to stick to any training to help. Up pops Andy and Ultimate Body Club advert. I went to see Andy and his enthusiasm is infectious. I signed up and have loved it. The classes are varied and really push you to improve. The nutrition advice is easy to follow has helped me really get control of my eating, something which I had really lost control of and I had no idea to sort out The trainers, Andy, Joe and Julian are always happy to help and have so much knowledge that has helped me make great steps in my fitness. Then there are the members. All so friendly and welcoming which really put me at ease and helped me concentrate on working hard. I can't recommend Andy, the team and Ultimate Body Club highly enough to anyone to help there training from beginners to advanced.

Fantastic experience: I haven't been training with UBC long, but WOW. Great sessions every week and really friendly atmosphere. Yes it's hurts after but with all the support from the coaches and all the nutritional advice I am already feeling better and know I'm going to smash it.

Fantastic experience: This is the first time I have ever trained with UBC and I am 3 weeks into the 6 week transformation and I am loving it! The changes I have seen in my body are incredible, I have dropped a jean size already. I voluntarily get up at stupid o'clock in the morning to train (anyone who knows me, knows I hate mornings and waking up!) I already feel better, fitter and more confident in myself. Andy and Joe give you so much support throughout the process, showing you correct form for the exercises and sending out yummy recipes to try. You've just got to keep pushing yourself and once you realise chicken can be a breakfast food there is nothing stopping you! Thank you Andy and Joe!!!
