Fantastic experience: It is not very spacious but the artificial waves and water slides makes it a special place for a family to enjoy safely. You could book a one hour slot it used to be for two hours but post pandemic measures means you need to pee book the session. It is still fun I had been there last week too in August 2022

Fantastic experience: Amazing steam and sauna rooms with cold showers, nice calm pool for lengths and a fabulously noisy kid friendly family pool. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. Will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant location, very welcoming reception on the phone and at the reception, nicely explained what we can do and how to achieve our goal. Membership reception also strait to the point and helping to login with no issues. Swingpooles nice clean and very tidy. Temperature is spot on as it should be. All staff are fery friendly and helfull. Managment is doing brilliant job. Canteen cafe staff are extremely excellent with patients and understanding. Well done to all organisers at Windsor leisure centres.

Fantastic experience: The Leisure Centre has an array of facilities from swimming, a gym, classes etc. The gym is a decent size with all of the essential equipment and with a bit more. Access to the pool is easy from the gym and towards the sauna area. There is good amount of parking spaces and charges by the hour are decent and typical of a open plan car park. There are discounts for Windsor residents and gym members. The staff are very helpful and even when it gets busy they are still willing to help direct you in the right direction for your satisfaction.

Fantastic experience: Kids loved it.... giant water slide and wave machine. Great fun for the money...£4.40 for kids. Well worth it. Ample parking but you do have to pay. £2.20 for 2 hours

Fantastic experience: Haven't been to the leisure pool with my kids since pre covid. Booking online was so much quicker and no long ques at reception. Pool was clean and the slides have been upgraded. However, they weren't working when we first arrived so I asked a member of staff (think it was Dan) who was promised them back in 15min as they were fixing them, he also said he would extend the swim session for everyone. Had a great time and will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: Went with my 2 daughters and their dad around 1 month ago, they loved it. We are going again tomorrow with both daughters and my son can't wait, we had some amazing photos done too hoping we can have the same with all of us. Also get to test how my sons swimming lessons went (he did them here with his school) first time we have been able to go since he finished.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit to Windsor Leisure Centre for a family swim. It such a lovely place with an amazing staff. They were all so lovely and so friendly. Johnny was so patient with us, as my children took so long to get dressed and the place was about to close, however he was waiting for us with a big smile on his face. Will definitely go again

Fantastic experience: I have recently started taking my 3 children swimming at Windsor Leisure Centre and have to say we are very impressed. Kids love the water slides and I have also used the gym which has alll the facilities and gym sauna are 10/10. I have to mention the Duty Manager Gurpinder who made our visit even more worthwhile. He is very welcoming and no question is too much for Gurpinder to answer. Gurpinder did not hesitate to show us around more than once as the place felt abit like a maze :-) Thanks Gurpinder, we will continue to visit.

Positive experience: It's a great place if you like swimming and classes but their gym area is not that great. I looked at it when I was trying to find a local gym and decided to pass since it's quite a steep monthly prices for barely enough space. It's also very crowded as it's of the most popular spots in Windsor. The café is quite good and the pool/sauna are good for what they offer. Would have to give this place more chances but still not quite a five star experience!

Fantastic experience: Was here for Ceroc dancing. Wednesday night. Starts at 8pm for beginners. A great place to meet friends & keep fit. Covid safe.

Fantastic experience: Perfect for our 4 year old granddaughter. Slides and waves were brilliant. Changing facilities were easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. We loved it.

Fantastic experience: Visited today first time since lockdown etc. Omg the staff here are ALL so friendly, helpful, positive and the customer service is top rated out of all sectors combined I have to hand it to them. I enquired about renewing swimobility for my mother on Monday and I had two call backs from staff advising me what to do...I didn't expect the calls and the lad who called was so helpful as was the supervisor/ manager who called later. I visited this evening to sign up again and every person I spoke to was just so refreshingly NICE and I can't praise them enough. I love the staff here... and it's just become my absolutely favourite place to come to. You'll feel better just by visiting and talking to the staff here. Wish other industries could take a leaf out your book when it comes to customer services .

Fantastic experience: Best swimming experience I have had, been visiting irregularly for 15 years but customer service is excellent now and very clean and session mean no overcrowding. Excellent experience and day out with fair prices.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved it! Never mind £53 for Legoland ticket, £3 for a fun swim and our children enjoyed it more! Great slides, wave machine, atmosphere, good facilities and friendly reception staff. Also during the holidays you can buy professional photos of your family taken in the pool! We haven't stopped going on about how much we loved it and are so happy to have the photos to remember it!

Fantastic experience: I wanted to take my children to the leisure swimming area. We couldn't go because we had to book first and there was not more spaces available for the day. I probably would have enjoyed the session with my children but it was not to be. What I liked was the staff there were very sympathetic and explained the process to how it was working now. We left there a little disappointed but it was a learning experience.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, clean and good prices. Have to pay for parking but getting a 3month pass works out way cheaper and again amazing value for money due to membership.

Fantastic experience: Became a member during the partial lifting of restrictions. Main reason was I was training for a triathlon. From joining to leaving, the staff were extremely helpful and gave me a personalised training program for the triathlon. The restrictions were managed well, with an easy to use app. I have unfortunately moved out of the area but even then the membership team were understanding!

Fantastic experience: Took the family here for swimming lessons yesterday, while the reception and the staff were amazing I feel as though the main splash pool area requires some more upkeep and maintenance. Just a bit of modernisation would make it look and feel so much more welcoming!

Fantastic experience: Amazing leisure centre. It is really clean and due to the limited numbers it is not crazy busy. The staff are all helpful and friendly. The prices aren't phenomenal like some places and as I have children ranging from 14-4 yrs I can say that it is great fun for any ages. Having also just been to a leisure centre in Guildford which was double the cost and not half as clean that this is a winner for me.

Positive experience: 2 smaller slides (both flumes now shut :( )with a "toddler" area in the leisure pool, there is also a "lanes" pool for training. Changing area is relatively clean and if you avoid the morning rush the queue are not too bad. Obviously it gets busy in school holidays so if you want to avoid having to wait for a session to end get there 20 mins before general session opens or an hour or so after.

Fantastic experience: I have to admit to not using the leisure centre for fitness but for fun. Did an escape room, escape in 60 i think it's called. It was so much fun!

Fantastic experience: Had a really nice, friendly welcome from front desk staff when we went one evening - our first time. The lady said we could check out the leisure pool area before deciding if we wanted to go in so we had a quick look. Joshua the manager deserves recognition for his customer service - thanks for the padlock! (A mistake on my part, thanks Joshua.) Wave machine isn't as rough as we experienced in Florida but still good for little ones. Will definitely go again.

Fantastic experience: Great place to see how parts of the water slides are falling on your head. Indeed, that place is in an emergency condition, it just collapses on to the eye. You have to bring your pad lock, because the storage locker is without a lock.

Fantastic experience: Staff are very friendly and helpful, Very friendly place for families to visit. The gym is really nice as is the sauna and pool areas.The family bundle for everything is really affordable and a lot cheaper then most gyms i have seen. Highly recommend it although it can get bit busy during holiday times.
