Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place, I've literally just started coming and I'm at the very beginning of my fitness journey. A total noob to everything, the staff are amazing - Caleb goes way beyond the extra mile to help you settle in and really motivates you to do better, Maisie is great she's super knowledgeable on all the equipment and makes the effort to help you along when you're as thick as I am with the exercises. Equipment is great, the gym itself is awesome - love that it's a small business. Offer flexible plans as well which a lot of places don't, loving it so far can't wait to be back!!

Fantastic experience: Absolute amazing gym. Been into fitness since I was a boy and can say this is the best gym I have ever used. The equipment, the friendly atmosphere, the music, and especially the staff are all top quality. Staff are so friendly and happy for a general day to day chat, and happy to offer advice and assist you in your fitness and nutrition goals. Overall a 5 star gym, a must go to place whatever your health and fitness goal.

Fantastic experience: Great priced gym, mostly 24hr. Not Fri or Sat evenings though which is a pity for shift workers like me.

Fantastic experience: Lovely friendly staff, good bang for the buck price wise. It’s a smaller gym with a closer knit community, and whilst there is definitely some equipment that would be great to have there, you really can’t complain with the fair pricing.

Fantastic experience: Super friendly gym. My second home for working out after years of avoiding gyms and working out in the living room. Only been a member for a few weeks but i love it there! Deffo recommend. All the equipment you need.Nice layout and opening hours are amazing. Instructors on hand to spot you and help you with machines. Always greeted with smiles too pre and post workouts!
