Fantastic experience: The hotel is wonderful. the rooms are clean and well-sanitized, very comfortable. The view is incredible . Both the indoor and outdoor pools are great, warm and well-maintained. I tried two massage treatments at their spa and it was quite pleasant too. The only thing I didn't like was the food. Both breakfast and dinner menus offered limited choices, and the portions were small.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful hotel, very good service and the area is so nice to walk around. Pool was also incredible. We walked down to the little town below the hotel and had a drink at the pub which was just wonderful and picturesque.

Positive experience: Bought drinks from the cafe and sat on the terrace, sadly it started to rain after an hour. Quiet location, good parking, just a bit difficult to find.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful! We got a complimentary upgrade and were accommodated even with a vegan chocolate cake. Super nice and friendly staff, the room and the view were incredible, comfy massive bed! Will hopefully come back :)

Fantastic experience: Lovely stay at this great hotel. A beautiful setting, it’s peaceful and rustic with lots of character. Perfect location, being just a short 10 minute drive from Bath City Centre (or 45 minute walk in the lovely countryside) Breakfast is included with the rooms and there is a great selection, catering for multiple dietary requirements. Gym, indoor and outdoor pool are great and open all day for hotel guests to use. Staff are also lovely and attentive Overall a great stay and would highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I was so impressed with this hotel. Absolute amazing value for money. Gorgeous location though 10 minute drive from Bath, very worth it. Breakfast was nice the grounds are stunning and facilities are good (pools gym etc). Would 100% return! We came for my boyfriend's birthday and he loved it, they even left us some chocolates to say happy birthday!

Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed our stay, modern comfy room with a huge bed. We used the pool and gym facilities which were clean and well equipped, sauna and steam room could have been hotter but this was a minor detail. Breakfast was freshly prepared, tasty with a generous portion size.

Fantastic experience: Absolute gem in the countryside near Bath. The welcome by John was friendly and efficient and he escorted us to our room. We had a garden terrace room away from the main house and we were very impressed. The views spectacular. The walk to the main house was less than 3 mins but you do need to be mobile due to steps. The steps are not steep or high steps so manageable. The staff were knowledgeable and welcoming Introducing locally sourced produce including beers and gins. Food exceptional. Perfect break... inc driving range tennis courts swimming pool and spa... even classes to join all free to guests... Fantastic place.... downside....hmmmm prices not evident.. when adding items to your room.
