We are an award winning goal orientated club with a fun and friendly atmosphere. If you’re anywhere near Portsmouth, pop into the club on a free guest visit and we will show you how we can help you achieve the results you want.

To set you on your way to attaining your desired goal, we have a toning table studio, a full extensive weights area and a full cardiovascular area. We work with ALL ages of people of ALL ethnic communities. We have members from size 10 through to size 22 plus – and each and every person is getting their results!

We have members that have never been to a health club before, through to people that are experienced in fitness training. Please check out our testimonials page to see the results we are achieving for our members. We even have hairdressing available as well as beauty treatments.
