Positive experience: I've not been to this place. I'm afraid I am no fan of this City or its various businesses. If you are looking for a superb motor mechanic, try Mr Chris Babbage at Unit 1 on the Colchester Estate. I can honestly say he offers a wonderful old fashioned service to all of his many loyal customers.

Fantastic experience: The most incredible facility with the warmest welcome from it's staff and all its members. Whether you're new to CrossFit or have been doing it for years, you are treated as part of the family. I can't recommend this Box enough!!!

Fantastic experience: Did 3 drop in sessions last month. Programming was varied and effective, class sizes small with plenty of coach interaction (and some relevant scaling for a shoulder injury) I had emailed ahead and got a quick response from head coach. Top marks all round!

Fantastic experience: Met my Kung-fu instructor here for a catch up session. Seems a great place was greeted by Dafydd an instructor, you could sense his enthusiasm and friendliness meters away. Great range of fitness equipment. Worth checking out the website for class times etc. Crossfit is sure to take your fitness to the next level. Definitely gonna do some sessions here.
