Extensive equipment selection for resistance training, slightly limited CV equipment in main gym area but does have a spin studio so nothing to complain about! Excellent new kit, knowledgeable staff and friendly too. Under £40 a month and open from 6am to 9.30pm, amazing value. Keep up the great work. Zac Laraman Sports Osteopath.

Fantastic experience: Llandudno junction has recently had a refurb and upgraded all their equipment. It's a great place to work out and check out the Conwy fit card for a great finance deal. Also they have an app which allows you to book your sessions which is really handy when you are on the go. Booking in advance is required, not optional.

Fantastic experience: The crèche staff here are worth more than 5 stars by themselves, brilliant friendly and leave you feeling very reassured that your children are in safe hands, I would never have any doubts about leaving my children with them, the reception staff are also very helpful and polite, much better environment and welcoming, the exact opposite to Colwyn bays centre!

Fantastic experience: Great roller skating on a Friday night takes me back to my youth. Does other things aswell squash, table tennis and Gym.
