Fantastic experience: I had read few reviews about this spa which they were complaining about noise and that is not relaxing as they say. I can assure you that We had such a great spa day at Holmer spa! The staff polite and friendly. Great facilities. They provide us flip flops and gowns. Also, the tea afternoon is so good and a pretty much decent portion which i didn’t expect. I would definitely go back!!

Fantastic experience: We had this wonderful spa experience as a gift, it is the best spa I have visited,on arrival we received a lovely welcome from the receptionist, who explained what was available and if we need anything just ask. The facilitys were spotless and what they had on offer was amazing. I would also recommend visting the cafe,they had a good variety of food on offer and the cakes were delicious. I will definitely be booking another vist and would recommend a vist to friends and family. Thank you again for a great day.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend enough from the time we arrived 8.30am to when we left 5.45pm we had an absolutely fabulous day. Staff were so polite and couldn't do enough for us. All facilities were fabulous and clean, the treatments amazing and the food exceptional. You would only be disappointed if you didnt go here. We will definitely be returning.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic.. Ample parking on site, very welcoming and friendly. Dining area for delicious food and drinks. Gym looked great, (but we were there to relax) swimming pool was lovely surrounded by sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and showers. Comfortable loungers around the pool too. Mud serail was a wonderful experience. We had a small issue with the shower not working very well but above all.. fantastic! We will definitely be returning as there was more to offer.. would highly recommend. Thankyou for a beautiful day!

Fantastic experience: Spent the day as a guest. Most welcoming, excellent service. The facilities were excellent, it was lovely to swim, sauna, steam room and more. Followed by a huge goats cheese salad that was super tasty thanks for a great day

The mud treatment was definately an experience and the facials were one of the best both of us have experienced. By the end of the day we both felt very chilled Will certainly be returning.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic spa day! Beautiful peaceful location and building. Very clean. Wonderful welcome from Grace, she was super friendly and accommodating. The spa has a large pool, and many other facilities, could spend all day there! Lunch was delicious and 5* service from Vinnie and all the team in the restaurant. We both had massages which were just sublime! Excellent value for money, very highly recommended and THANK YOU to all of the staff, everyone was super friendly and hospitable. Looking forward to our next stay!

Fantastic experience: 9 of us visited Holmer Park Spa & Health Club on a hen party package and had a great time. Staff were all extremely friendly, from the person who took my initial enquiry though to being greeted by Harriet at the spa. The spa is clean, modern with good facilities, I opted for a hot stone massage which I really enjoyed. Afternoon tea was also really nice. Loved that we also got to test all of the beautifully smelling products that were available to buy too. I would definitely return, and I thought the hen party package was great value for money.

Fantastic experience: Have been for several spa days now and from stepping through the door you are made Welcome,friendly staff ,wonderful tranquil setting with views over the grounds from pool.Great treatments with all facities next to the pool where you can take your drinks and food to if you want..Towels,slippers and towels provided with package.. Highly recommend..

Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic time here with my partner for a day of relaxation. We enjoyed the mud chamber and took full advantage of the facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful, absolutely no upsell pressure and the breakfast from the cafe was spot on. The customer service when booking was also brilliant as we have to rearrange due to covid closures. Highly recommend this spa and I'm certain we will be back again soon!

Fantastic experience: I have visited a few times with a dear friend who lives on a farm in Hereford. She is a member there, I went as her guest. It is very relaxing and I love the pool. The food is very nice too. It is in a lovely building and the staff are very nice too. Also when the weather is nice you can sit outside in the gardens and enjoy the Sunshine.

Fantastic experience: This place is incredible. I managed to get a groupon deal for a spa day including the mud chamber. Wow. It was so relaxing. The pool area is amazing! You could really chill. We didn't use the gym but it looked really good with lots of equipment. The food was very nice. It had such a chilled atmosphere and you could take the day at your own pace.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic customer service and facilities. Excellent provisions for social distancing. It can get very busy here, parking spaces are limited. It's recommend to use other means than a vehicle.

Fantastic experience: Lovely spa day through a Groupon voucher which included afternoon tea. Spa has been updated since we last visited and it is now much better. Worth a visit if only for a morning/afternoon. A shame there isn't many sunloungers though. Food was good and they sorted a gluten free afternoon tea for me.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic spa day, use of the whole spa for 4 hours, fantastic huge jacuzzis, big pool, steam rooms etc, liked the heated loungers by the pool, I had 2 treatments, they were good but needed more umph! The staff were all lovely and so helpful and the site is about 4 acres so plenty of room, never seemed busy, big free carpark, to finish off we had a cream tea included in our package and it was so good, as the sun shone, we are it on the patio in our robes, totally relaxed, I am going again!
