Fantastic experience: I've been a member since January. I'm stronger, fitter and have lost a stone. The staff are all knowledgeable and super helpful. It's ideal for people who like quieter gyms. The 12m pool is therapeutic, along with the steam room and sauna. The pilates and abs classes that I've attended have been first class. Other users are friendly, which creates a great atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Can't believe I am the first to review this jewel in the most beautiful setting on the Gower. State of the art machines with TV, great tunes, huge selection of everything you could want at a gym in a beautiful setting and plenty of them, the most GORGEOUS WARM INDOOR POOL! Steam and dry saunas, classes, massages and staff who are so helpful, knowledgeable (and cute!) Great variety of fitness classes in a really stylish studio and hours to accomodate every schedule at a price which cannot be beat. Highly recommended, professional, top notch. Just love it!
