You have an absolute ball, feels like you are at a party while working out at the same time. Fantastic experience: I go to Attitude Dance for Jump Fitness every week. You couldn't ask for a nicer group of people, David and Sarah who teach the class are so friendly and the class is really inclusive. As a plus sized lady I find attending the gym or fitness classes really nerve-wracking, worrying about people judging me but you don't experience any of that in David's class I couldn't recommend it enough it's amazing!!!!

Fantastic experience: ADULT FITNESS CLASSES - I come to the adult fitness classes as part of Attitude Fitness, and I have to say, as well as losing so much weight since starting these classes, I have never laughed so much in all my life. David treats all the people who come, like family. It is such an incredibly warm and welcoming environment, I've never once felt conscious about how I look. Hes is just as enthusiastic about the classes as you would expect an instructor to be, but right there for you if you need help. Even belts out an unexpected little twerk and a tune in the middle of a class for us too on occasion! Amazing Fitness classes, amazing instructor, amazing place. You NEED to try it. Fantastic experience: Brilliant fitness classes. I’ve been coming to David’s classes for years now. First started going to Clubbercise and Dancercise. Those classes are not available now but been going to Jump fitness since it started twice a week and recently tried both step and rave and circuit. Love all the classes but jump and circuit are my favourites. All the instructors David, Sarah and Dani are brilliant. I go on my own and everybody is friendly and I’ve met loads of people there. It’s in the dark with disco lights and great music. You really do feel like you’ve had a great workout a few minutes in. Don’t worry if you can’t keep up you can go at your own pace and nobody shouts. I highly recommend Attitude fitness and I know the kids love the dance school. It’s really popular and very successful in comps x

Fantastic experience: We brought our daughter to Attitude Dance for her very first time today! Myla is 2 & had a few tears as this was a new experience for her..but she was soon made to feel very welcome.. by the teacher David who took her under his wings in a lovely professional manner too! Myla has spoke about you all day David! Thankyou very much for this experience we will be returning next week! Highly recommend this dance school such a kind warming place for your little ones to grow with confidence! xx

Fantastic experience: Attitude Fitness. I love love LOVE this place. Like a family. Any shape or size is welcomed and never judged. I attend the fitness classes each week and it is always so much fun. You don't feel like it's an effort. Everyone is so friendly. David the school/fitness owner is utterly adorable and treats everyone like his best friend. The girls who run the fitness classes are unbelievably friendly. It really is a place to make friends. Please please come along and have a go. Circuit, trampolining, clubbercise, step and rave, you won't find anything like this anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: AMAZING dance school ran by such an incredible, genuine person. The way David runs the school is amazing, he adores the kids and puts in 200%, this isnt just a dance school but its a community, xmas parties, summer camps, shows, cinema nights. Well done David and team on running such a brilliant place for kids/teens and even adults!

Fantastic experience: I go Tues to thurs every week to the adult classes and it has been the best decision I have every made.. This place is amazing for both kids and adults.. The adults are the most fun and fabulous classes I have every been too.. I have tried so many adult classes and this I one of a kind. Once you start you feel like one of the family... David is the most talented and just amazing person I have met.. This has gave me a new lease of life since suffering from severe depression and aniexty.. Thank you David, Sarah, Sylvia and everyone else for making my life mean something.. Everyone who wants to exercise but have fun at the same time needs to attend.. ps. the children are the most talented bunch of kids also!! Love you all.. Lauren xxxx

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic place to lose weight, get fit and stay motivated on your fitness goals! Also a great social scene with very friendly staff and teachers, the principle being the main instructor of the fitness classes, well what can I say other than wow ! He just blows you away with his motivations passion for the classes etc ! Jump and step and rave are particular highlights but get in touch to book on as these get full very quickly ! Over all an fantastic experience and well worth a try !!!

Fantastic experience: I started circuit training and clubbercise with David last week. He is a fantastic teacher who makes classes really fun but pushes your fitness at the same time. There are wide range of people attending his classes at different fitness and age levels but everybody just encourages each other all the same. I absolutely love both classes and look forward to going each week. Would highly recommend attitude dance for a great workout.

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend to any parent whos child wishes to dance in a welcoming hardworking and fun environment. Best thing we ever done bringing our son to Attitude Dance. His technical ability has come in amazing but his social confidence is unbelieveable. My son has a lifelimiting medical condition and David and the rest of AD support not just him but as a family. Thats the key to this place its a family, the children who attend here are a credit to their parents and the way the behave and respect shown for other dance schools during competitions and charity events is a credit to David and his staff.
