Fantastic experience: I noticed the class whilst using the gym at the facility. A mixture of boys and girls, taught by enthusiastic tutor's. I signed my son up who is 11 and he loves it. I would recommend this class as a good workout, a great disciplined martial art and great fun for the kids as well as learning the skill. Thanks H.K.A.

Fantastic experience: I started training here over 3 years ago, after doing various martial arts I found this to be not only the toughest in training but also the most rewarding. I have never been so fit and now in my 40's I wish I started this long ago. Its a great club with great instructors and everyone makes you feel so welcome. We are one big family. I would strongly recommend giving it a go

Fantastic experience: Fantastic club for anyone of any age size or fitness levels, the extremely versatile instructors include everyone as equals regardless of ability. Don't be fooled it's really tough going, but if you want to get fit, be part of a great inclusive family then you can't get better. 1st lesson is free but make sure you take water and a towel, you'll need it! I started over 6 years ago taking and watching my son, and thought I'd have a go, great fun, but strengh and fitness have gone through the roof. Can not recommend enough.
