Fantastic experience: Great find and stay.Old hotel but so warm and cosy. We had a great sea view room. Parking is free and the tram is opposite the hotel where you can hop on and off to Fleetwood, Cleveleys and Blackpool. Fabulous food in The Victoria Bar and Bay Restaurant especially on the offer nights. Not overcrowded and lots of sanitizers for covid safety. Brilliant to walk the promenades and less crowded than Blackpool which I don't like anyway. Friendly staff and very helpful especially Karen and Julie on reception. We will be back for sure.

Fantastic experience: We stayed for 3 nights,greeted by really pleasant staff.room was really clean,comfy bed,lovely walk in shower as requested,lovely reasonably priced meals,best prawn sandwich ive ever had,so full!!all freshly made.The breakfasts were fabulous, so much choice and Katie was so helpful,what an asset to the team,nothing was too much trouble,she takes it all in her stride.The weather also helped,but areally great weekend away.would go there again.

Fantastic experience: Visited for lunch, very satisfied. Good vegetarian options, freshly home cooked pies, hot chips. The toilets were good and clean. Service was friendly and efficient. Do take a stroll past the entrance, down to look at the magnificent mirrored ballroom, and see the photos of old Fleetwood and its trawlers on the walls along the way.

Fantastic experience: Our bedroom was clean and the staff were friendly but the bar wasn't stocked well and the food l'm sorry to say was poor that we went to a nearby cafe. The front of the hotel was not swept and a cigarette packet was on the floor for the 3 nights we stayed. It is a lovely old building but really needs some money spent on decor from the front door onwards.

Fantastic experience: Checked in and found that a total refurb has been going on. A lovely clean well decorated room with a lovely clean comfy bed. Our dog was welcome and we therefore ate in the Hotel. Really good food and at a very reasonable price. Breakfast was included and we enjoyed a leisurly hour enjoying it in the Victoria room. A great place to stay and right on the sea front.

Positive experience: The hotel hosted a group event for 40+ ladies and looked after us excellently. Warm comfortable facilities, all requests catered for, friendly helpful staff, special mention to Kev, Vince, Katie and Kirby. Lovely food, served beautifully. Will return next year.

Fantastic experience: Excellent hotel, very warm welcome on arrival by reception staff I think her name was Julie. Other staff members were also very kind and friendly apart from one who I can only refer to as a Harridan. I would go so far as to say she alone ruined our weekend away, I didn’t get her name she wasn’t wearing a badge and to enter in to a conversation with this aggressive, belligerent individual was not recommended. I reported her on two occasions to the restaurant manager who was very understanding. Please speak to this person she has no people skills at all.

Positive experience: Lovely room and friendly staff. Breakfast was fine, hotel not using its usual room at the moment for breakfasts but the alternative was ok. We emotes our stay and will go again, friendly and reliable.

Fantastic experience: Got a great deal at this hotel the weekend just gone 3 nights for the price of 2 ! I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and it never fails to please me. Yes the floors creek and the windows rattle but it is one of the best hotels by far. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the food is very good and reasonably priced. I would recommend this hotel.

Fantastic experience: Overnight stay as visited Blackpool illuminations. Hotel is situated at the Tram terminus Fleetwood ferry. Hotel is an old Victorian building but inside is not old. There's a lift, lovely bar/restaurant. Great food deals. Our room was fantastic except the TV on wall was too small as I couldn't lie in bed and comfortably watch tv. Otherwise I have nothing but high praise for this hotel and staff and half the price of the higher end Blackpool hotels ie Big Blue, Hilton at Hampton etc. Fleetwood was a pleasant surprise from the hustle and bustle of Blackpool.

Fantastic experience: What's not to love about this hotel. From the amazing seaviews to the delicious food to the lovely rooms and not forgetting the friendly staff where nothing is a problem for them. The tram and buses stop literally right outside the front door which makes it handy if you fancy a day trip to nearby Blackpool but don't fancy bringing the car .

Fantastic experience: Stayed overnight with my husband and my parents. I have to say that our rooms were lovely, clean and fresh. The staff here are wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was served in the beautifully appointed dining room overlooking the sea and the lake district hills ( breathtaking).There was an ample choice of all types of breakfast, all served at the table. I cant speak highly enough of this lovely hotel. Will return again.

Fantastic experience: This hotel has a brilliant atmosphere as soon as you walk through the main Entrance Doors. It was built in 1840 and has lots of charm and elegance. The bar food is excellent and the service throughout is first class. We stayed here for a few days and liked everything about it. Considering the age of the place, there is everything one could wish for here.
