helenswood sports centre operated by Freedom Leisure on behalf of ARK providing a full range of health and fitness facilities.

At Helenswood Sports Centre we offer something for everyone, whatever you enjoy doing or your level of fitness. So, come along solo, with friends or the family.

Our headline Premier (single) membership including full use of the gym, exercise classes, swimming, health suite and off-peak court hire across Hastings & Rother is just £46.50 a month or Premier (joint) £80.50 a month NO CONTRACT, T&C's apply. We also have a selection of other membership options available:

Senior premier Six-5 membership including off peak gym until 4:30pm mon-fri & any time weekends, unlimited swimming, sauna & daytime studio classes.

Our highly motivated and experienced team are on hand to encourage and support you to achieve your goals, whether you are exercising for health or for fitness we are here for you!
