Fantastic experience: Fabulous spacious gym with all the facilities you could want at a very reasonable cost. No nasty contract and helpful staff. Very clean and well maintained with up to date equipment and mobile app entry system. After a couple of months I'm still impressed with this gym as it's always easy to park and has so many weights and machines you never have to wait to train.

Fantastic experience: EASILY the BEST gym in Renfrew/Glasgow area. It's a massive facility with loads of brand new equipment (including the Eleiko weightlifting stuff), and there's plenty of space in between each machine (for safety and COVID reasons). I doubt you'll be waiting for anything, even at the busy times. It's definitely noticeable in the free weights area, it's a mammoth sized section of the gym and there's plenty of weights and machines for everyone. If you like fitness classes, they have two studios (main studio and spin studio) and it's included in the price. Not my bag personally, but it's there if you want it. It's currently 19.99 per month, and for what you get - it's the best value for money gym in town. Sign up now!

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms in the area

Positive experience: Very good gym, arguably the best in the surrounding area. Have noticed recently the removal of cleaning stations which is disappointing to see after Covid. Pre-Covid it’s annoying when people don’t clean equipment before/after use, now more than ever there should be a huge focus on cleaning regimes/supplies, seems like they’re scrimping. Can be busy like most gyms, however always manage to get on something.

Fantastic experience: Top quality equipment and plenty of it. If you can, try avoid rush hour as it gets really busy, but the chances of you needing something and not getting it are slim.

Fantastic experience: Newly refurbished, opened yesterday. Formerly Xercise4less. What a transformation! It's fabulous. Loads of brand new machines and equipment️. New training studio and spin studio. Screens between treadmills for covid-19 measures️. Very spacious. Monthly subscription up by £5 for the privilege of course. Love the newly added prowler ❤️ The staff are always friendly and welcoming ☺️ best gym around in my opinion I love it
