You can join in our CrossFit Classes, Bootcamp, Legends classes and access our online accessory programming, daily CrossFit program, daily mobility and join our Nutrition Club.

Fantastic experience: Great indoor and outdoor settings. I was lucky enough to spend some time with Anne who is a qualified personal trainer and friend & who got me into CrossFit with attentive and knowledgeable techniques. The 'Murph' BBQ we visited has so many different types of athlete and I love the inclusive feel of this gym️x

Fantastic experience: I had fallen out of love with exercise for a long time until I joined Crossfit Castle Douglas. Highly recommend, and it's very welcoming to beginners. I always look forward to the classes!

Fantastic experience: Anne and Steve create such a enjoyable and safe environment every class. Beginner or experienced gym users are taught individually to their levels within the group setting. Been going to the gym for 20+ years and still learn something from every class. Would highly recommend getting yourself to a class and try it for yourself...
